This results are mentioned in Table 2. to study the Extraction, preliminary plant were subjected the various extracts of the attempt to phytochemical screening which phytochemical investigation and Anti bacterial activity of reveal the presence of various pharmacological active plant. components. The different concentrations of extracts were tested for Anti bacterial activity. These are prepared as coarse powderwhitch is subjected to most effective concentration was found to be of extraction using different solvents. Extractive values of Ethanolic extract are maximum because it gave the maximum Zone of various extracts were determined and the values indicate inhibition as compared to other threeextract and is the presence of considerable amount of constituents which found to be optimum as compared to standard drug Fluconazole. Using four different concentrations (20, 40, 60 & 80 ug/ml The study on fungi (Candida) was studied, On the basis of findings, the effect produced by extract was comparable to that of fluconazole anti viral drug. Zone of inhibition of test drug is

He acknowledges similarities and differences between cultures, which transforms his curiosity for adventure toward the practice of converting new cultures to his beliefs as a Christian. What would one expect the identity of a man that bought his freedom out a slavery, only to take part in the practicing of slavery himself?
In this lab, three unknown compounds were separated from a mixture and identified by melting point. Unknown mixture #124 has components of acid, base and neutral compound. The compounds were identified by melting point and matched up with the known melting points from a given list. In order to identify the compound it was important to separate by dissolving the mixture in an organic solvent which was not soluble in water, and then extracting the solution first with HCl, and then dilute sodium hydroxide solution. From the separation mixture, the aqueous layer were obtained and labeled as TT-1 (base), TT-2(acid) and TT-3 (neutral) in three different test tubes for later recovery.
In the story "Marigolds", Lizbeth's actions are influenced by several setting issues including poverty, The Great Depression, and Miss Lottie’s Marigolds. Lizbeth's family is poor and struggling to make ends meet, which causes her to feel frustrated and powerless. "Poverty was the cage in which we all were trapped, and our hatred of it was still the vague, undirected restlessness of the zoo-bred flamingo who knows instinctively that nature created it to be free." The setting of Miss Lottie's garden, with its beautiful marigolds, represents a contrast to the poverty and ugliness of Lizbeth's surroundings, which makes her feel envious and resentful. "

Yayoi Kusama’s work has transcended two of the most important art movements of the second half of the 20th century: minimalism and pop art. Plagued by mental illness as a child, and thoroughly abused by a callous mother, the young artist persevered by using her hallucinations and personal obsessions as fodder for prolific artistic output in various disciplines. This has informed a lifelong commitment to creativity at all costs despite the artist’s birth into a traditional female-effacing Japanese culture, and her career’s coming of age in the male dominated New York scene. Her extraordinary career spans paintings, performances, room-size presentation, literary works, outdoor installations, sculpture, fashion, films, design and intervention within existing architectural structures, which allude at once to microscopic to macroscopic universe.
“I yearned for my mother, and at the same time I understood that she had sent me to this place where I was an outcast…[t]he pain and sadness seemed to spread to my soul, and I felt for the first time what the grown-ups call, la tristesa de la vida.” La tristesa de la vida, is also known as the sadness of life or loneliness. Antonio Marez, a little boy living on the plains of the Ilano, and Crooks, an African American slave in the fields of California experience loneliness and isolation. In Anaya's Bless me Ultima and Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men, Antonio and Crooks are isolated by both their society and their internal struggles to have a sense of belonging.
