On 12/7/16, at 1008 hours, I, Officer Humphries #335, was met in the lobby of the Bladensburg Police Department by a citizen who wanted to file a stolen cellular telephone report.
On Sunday 01/28/2018 at approximately 0146 I Officer A. Rodriguez #217 was dispatched to Momentum Village apartment #10106 (located at 7037 Islander Way Corpus Christi, Texas 78412 which is a part of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi) about an individual that was in apartment 10106 D not a roommate or an invited guest.
The Great Albert Belle Corked Bat Incident (or the Cleveland Indians Corked Bat Incident as it is more commonly known) involves Albert Belle, slugger for the Indians who was found to have a corked bat after Gene Lamont (manager of the White Sox at the time) tipped off the umpires. Umpires placed Belle 's bat in safe keeping in their private chambers, but later, the bat was switched out for another. One that was perfectly legal. The Indians were not able to keep the ruse going for long, and were found out.

The 14th Amendment is one of the most influential Amendments in the history of our nation. The amendment defines what it means to be a US citizen and protects certain rights of the people. There are three important “clauses” in the 14th amendment, each of which are still important today. The clauses are; the Citizenship Clause, which gave individuals who were born in the United States, especially African Americans at the time Citizenship, the Due Process Clause, which protects the first amendment rights of the people from being taken away by any government without due process, the third and final clause is the Equal protection clause, this clause states that there may be no discrimination against people by the law. The reporting party (RP) stated on 7/21/15 a probation compliance search was performed on family member Joseph Apodaca Sr. in the family child care home. It was discovered the home was an immediate hazard to children. Present during the search were Elizabeth De La Rosa, Erica De La Rosa, and Citlaly Lopez. Also present were their children Michael Dominguez age 2 DOB 1/20/13, Isabella Garcia age 7 DOB 12/02/14, and Joseph Apodaca Jr age 1 DOB 3/17/14. Joseph Apodaca Sr. is the father of Joseph Apodaca Jr. and uncle to Isabella and Michael. During the search of the home the RP observed loaded hand gun and drug paraphernalia (a bong, blunts, and lighters) in Isabella 's bedroom. The items belonged to Joseph Sr. According to the RP more drug paraphernalia
