Introduction India is one of the oldest civilizations dating back over 5,000 years. The Indian culture is an amalgamation of various cultures, ethics and beliefs, which has been influenced and shaped by the history that is shaped thousand years ago. Youth is the greatest wealth of a nation and these shoulders of nation are the most important and dynamic segment of the society. Indian youth portrays the image of generosity, cooperation, harmony, hospitability, tolerance, patience and perseverance. This misunderstanding occurs primarily because Indian child rearing is self-explanatory rather than restrictive. Indian children are generally raised in an atmosphere of love. A great deal of attention is lavished on them by a large array of relatives, usually including many surrogate mothers and fathers. With such an atmosphere around, a child’s values and morals are enriched. The Indian values make a person honest and loyal towards the company. A foreigner is generally an opportunist, so are the Indian people but they are grateful first and then look for opportunity. A non-Indian may leave his/her job because of more money offered but for an Indian his morals and teachings do not allow him to leave his job easily. These new parameters if introduced to judge the Indian youth on employability scale would definitely prove Indians best for an organization. This quality of Indian youth gives the concept of ‘integrity’ among the youths.Ethics and culture are two sides of the same coin called moral. We force a moral acceptance and retrospection to prove their authenticity in good times. It is our unique culture of self-evaluation that makes us compatible for foreign markets. Business world across the globe has started looking forward towards India, for ethical business models. One of the strong reasons why India succeeded in coming out of the global financial turmoil almost untarnished was its ethical support system which is ingrained in the culture of this country. Culture of a country is much more than its beliefs and customs. It is the commonly held philosophy of its people towards core values.
