Muchemi Swot Analysis Essay

A clearer understanding of the importance of the SWOT analysis comes out strongly from the story of my friend Muchemi, who continues influencing my thinking orientation even today. SWOT is obviously an acronym whereby S refers to personal strengths whereas W represents weaknesses. On the other hand, O is about opportunities available whereas, T indicates threats that one is likely to encounter.
As noted earlier, M-Pesa has made money transfer simple, convenient, safe, and fast. So, having been invited by Muchemi to help in a fundraising meant to meet some medical bill for a relative, it was not difficult to determine how to extend the much needed help.
However, when remitting the cash to Muchemi through his mobile number, I noticed something
