To sum it up, paying student for good grades can lead to practical problems in teacher classroom. When considering the choice of paying student for good grade or not, the choice should definitely be not to pay student for good grades. Kids should not be paid for good grades because it gives pressure to students to inflate their grades, can lead to external motivators that may be affective and well intended and kids should be satisfied with their own accomplishment to success. For those who say paying for good grade is something every parents should do, it is not because kids are being bribed to do well in school. School is their own job and the own
Since if a nation has enough assets and openings for work to bolster the mouth of all then neediness issue ought not hold up under any significance. In any case, if the assets and openings for work are constrained then to bolster the overabundance populace modest wellspring of labor like children can be utilized in various types of work. Unemployment of senior citizens empowers child specialists: On the off chance that the senior individuals from a family get to be unemployed then untold torments are unavoidable. The majority of the cases families endure to satisfy the essential human needs if senior individuals are unemployed. In this manner some guardians send their child to work rather than school.
In Vietnamese culture, it is thought to be the children, that will provide for the future of the country. The most popular form of child labor is the picking of rice, the creation of rubber, and the fishing industry. Although there is child labor present, more rights have been given towards children that have helped progress Vietnam as a country in the race towards the reduction of child labor. It has had a great impact on how they deal with it
As a company in the ever competitive toy industry, the main objective should be to produce safe products that parents will buy and children will enjoy playing with. As one of the top leading companies in this industry, Mattel prides itself on this idea. Given Mattel’s purpose “when we design and engineer our toys, we strive to make them safe for children. We look to reduce their environmental impact and build them in facilities that adhere to high standards. We are committed to strong ethical and environmental performance both within our company and in our communities” (Mattel Citizenship, 2018).
The government wanted the factories to continue being a success, the factory owners wanted to keep increasing their profit, and the parents were so low on money that they had no choice but to have their children help contribute to the family. The children were sick of the turmoil they were being put through and others saw how terrible they were being treated, so they decided they had to do something. A compromise was finally reached when workers started standing up for their rights and the rights of the children. Then the issue could not be ignored any longer. Laws were passed and the children were given an education and a childhood that they deserved.
Workers that worked in sweatshops were treated poorly. Especially, children because the boss could hire children. The children would work for any price and it was better for the boss to hire the children rather than adults. So the children would get low pay when the boss couldn’t do that with adults. The children that were hired to work in sweatshops deserved to be in school.
Factory owners would get away with playing them nothing, the owners would sceem children and nothing would be done about it, they would get away from giving workers their income just because of their age. Adults would also get little pay, it was unfair but but they couldn 't do nothing about it cause they needed the money to afford food and shelter for their families. When talking about child labor there 's a lot of poignant, it 's an ominous and cruel thing. Every kid would love to work if its was in good conditions and a decent pay; but it doesn 't work like that even if they got injured on the job the factory owners wouldn 't supply the employees with medical care or any type of sort, the only thing kids wanted when working were good pay and help like this child worker expressed,’’ Our rights ought to be protected.’’ We see that children want to be protected while working, to have the right to not be perfect… I say this because I read an article and it was just ominou. Infants were slaves without rights for themselves, no one to look over them except for their parents which were mostly working, children working their behinds off, and instead of factory owners supporting their children employes they just make it worse by paying with cruel punishments.
People shouldn't have to spend more money out of their pockets for childcare. I feel like it takes away from the home and doesn’t serves as a good purpose. The government should pay the employers and employees for the services they are giving out to people. “Enrolling in an educational daycare will also prepare young minds for school so that they have a better idea of what is expected of them and how they should be behaving around others. Without government funding many families simply cannot afford to have their children properly watched while they are at work.”Two hundred plus dollars a week out of someone's pockets are very steep and costly.
Children desperately need their parents ' love and avowal as well as their authoritative guidance and rectification. Disciplining children is part of the tough work of parenting, but in the long run, the positive effects are very visible. There is a variety of ways of discipline teaching that can be enforced on to children. One of which includes physical punishment or spanking. Parents have been entrusted with the incredible privilege and responsibility of shaping their children 's behavior in a positive direction (Alto, 2006).
Rewarding students for good grades will decrease student’s self-motivation. Paying students for good grades will realize an actual decrease in academic performance. These distinct disadvantages highlight why schools should not pay students for good grades. First, paying students for good grades causes practical problems in the classroom. According to the National Education Association (NEA), “Many teachers also say paying students for grades leads to practical problems in their classrooms, including pressure to inflate grades and conflict with students and parents.” These pressures and conflicts can lead to larger problems outside of school.
Also the practitioner would need to work in partnership with the parents at all times because the parents are the most important people in the child’s life and the parents of the children know their child better than you do. Also in a setting I attended before the practitioner and the mother of a chid liaised in order to put a sticker chart with rewards to help improve the child’s behaviour. The idea of the sticker chart came from B.F. Skinners theory which was positive and negative reinforcement: if children were rewarded for good behaviour then the behaviour is likely to continue. (Bruce T, Meggitt C, 2007). Communication would also be essential while planning for the children because if the child is involved with any other professional then the educational and milestone developments must be communicated between multi-agencies to ensure that everyone is aware of the stage the child is at in his/her learning.
As interest increases and the court wants more money it becomes an unreachable goal for a single parent. I believe child support is a lost cause, necessary, but lost. The government is willing to give out money to those in need, but they should not be expecting that full amount back in return. If the government doesn’t help these families, no one will. Some fortunate parents with well paying jobs can surprise the government, but most parents fall far below that portion of the
Even if they are almost finished with a task they will see no hope for finishing if it is to hard. Studies concluded, that students who live in poverty will display impatience, inappropriate emotional responses, and unable to have empathy for peers misfortunes. Trying to empathize for these students is key. "A teacher cannot change the students bank account p, but you can change what is in their emotional account"(Jenson 23). Teachers and teens can begin to change their school, not only for the students who live in poverty, but as a whole.
Some of the established opinions say, “mandated family leave is a poor instrument at best, and thoroughly counterproductive at worst.”(Ghei, 2009). They think that the law cannot be changed and far from help mothers and fathers, regulations about extended paid family leave will do the opposite effect. Others state that “paid leave is expensive, they argue, and businesses should all be able to figure it out on their own.” (Kurtzleben, 2015). The opposite opinions believe that not every worker deserve apply for this right of paid family leave, just those who have a better position because they are the ones that produce more money to the employers. But we need to ask if this kind of opinions would be really fair to the rights which by law have employees.
The reason why child labor is a problem is because it 's not good for the kids to work, and they don’t get a good education. But there is a solution. If we offer to help poor families, and reuse/recycle, child labor might be less common. Children working is a problem because it 's not good for young people 's bodies, and health. Most jobs that children take part in are agriculture, which is farming.
