O is for ocean. I went to the ocean twice in my whole life. I went to Florida and Texas. I went to Florida when I was a baby. Then I went to Texas two years ago when I was eleven. My favorite was going to Texas because I don 't really remember Florida because I was a baby.
Last summer I went on vacation to Puerto Rico with my cousins. We did really fun things like snorkeling, a boat ride, and eating at many wonderful places. Although all those sound really fun, I want to talk about the time I met the most cutest, most fluffiest, most friendliest, animal ever.
Being born and raised in Florida it was evident that I was going to experience some beautiful nature as a child. It never really occurred to me though how important nature is and how much of an affect it can have on a person. When I was younger my family used to travel down to the Florida Keys every summer to go fishing and snorkeling. I would look forward to this trip every summer because the drive down to the Keys enabled us to see all of Florida and that was always my favorite part. As I got into my teens though and started playing more sports my summers soon became filled with traveling around the state playing sports rather than fishing and snorkeling down in the keys. I feel like during this time my love for the beautiful State of Florida and all that it had to offer was slowly diminishing.
I was never interested in tractors until I went to Louisiana last summer. Going to Louisiana was one of the best things that has ever happened to me during my life. Going to Louisiana was so awesome being able to watch and drive enormous diesel tractors and watch my uncle cut rice with a combine(which is a machine that is used to cut rice on a farm. It helped me learn about rice and the machines that farmers use to cut rice. I got to see where the rice is stored after it is cut, my uncle dries out the rice to get all the moisture out before they sell it and take the rice out of the rice bins.
When I was two years old we moved to Keller, Texas from Pennsylvania. The only thing I remember about moving day is that it was Halloween. My dad recalls that I was being potty trained and had to use the bathroom at every house we stopped at when trick-or-treating. Many memories occurred in this house like every Sunday night when my sister and I would put on a talent show for my parents. Another example was when we would go swimming in the pool that we built when I was 7.
Florida This year my family went to Florida. It was our first family trip, and my only trip that I actually got to go on a plane! My grandpa was over at our house and he was giving my mom some flowers to put out on our patio, and I was in my room. When my mom and grandpa started a conversation about Florida.
Who wouldn’t love to go to California? Going to California could be the most enjoyable moment of your life, why don’t you try it out! Going to California was by far my favorite vacation, I got to see the Hollywood sign, go to Disney Land, and get in the Pacific Ocean.
I was born on a Navy base in San Diego a little before two in the mourning. I am the youngest with two older sisters Shauna and Cassie. We basically lived two-thirds of our childhood on military bases stationed throughout the United States of America. My father being in the Navy meant we moved a lot I have lived in New Orleans, Pensacola, and San Diego and finally we settled in Tomball, Texas which is thirty minutes away from Houston. I went to a lot of different schools during my childhood an sometimes we would move before the year is up which made it difficult for me in school.
I served my two years in what was called the Great California Ventura Mission. What an experience it was for me to labor and work in such a beautiful part of our country. The weather on average year round was about typically 75 degrees Fahrenheit. This is due to the ocean breeze that cools the desert landscape to become a paradise.
When I Went To Florida I went to Florida after 4th grade in the summer. When we went to Florida, Jaxon my sisters, brother came with us. The night before we left he stayed at my house. When we left the next morning we left at 3:00 A.M. While we were on our way we both had to sit in the very back of the car because my sisters came with us. The ride there was not fun at all.
was born in a small town in Texas known as Laredo. It was a poor city and was basically the border town to Mexico, it was always a mess, always hot, and only snowed once in 2002. Even though the city I was born in was harsh place, I had a great family that raised me well and taught me how to be respectful to my elders.
The Punta Cana Vacation Have you ever had a vacation where your child does something horrible in public at a swimming pool? A vacation is when one or more people are gone for an extended period of time. When I was four years old me, my mother, my father, my grandpa, and my grandma went to Punta Cana to get away from the cold weather. It has been happening, ever since we left Illinois and Missouri. So, we boarded the plane and took off to Punta Cana, everyone was either taking a nap or watching a movie while the plane was moving.
This summer, my church took a missions trip to Puerto Penasco. It wasn 't the easiest trip to plan, seeing we only had two months to plan for it, and pay for it. Yes, this trip was spontaneous, and we worked very hard to get the money for it.
I would do anything, in order to survive. There would be no limit to what I would do to survive. I have always been known as the survivor.
At first, I followed the edge of our property line until I came to a little trail in the weeds that looked like it been made by a deer or another good-sized animal. It descended gently down the escarpment at first, but then I had to quicken my step as it became a little steeper, eventually taking me right down to the Genesee River.
