A recent debate addresses the discussion of whether audio books and paper books hold the same value. Paper books hold more value in all aspects of life for reasons including that physical books help people focus better, reading is a life skill, and the effort put into reading is greater than listening. By reading a paper edition of a book, the reader is committed to be focused. Deane Alban, from Brain Be Fit, a neurology
Additionally, once you have the need of less close questions it helps construct higher quality questions. Creating questions and observations has been one of the main focus for me. Since, The Westing Game, is a very demanding book you have plenty of ‘ah’ moments. These are important to have because they help you discover, imaginate, and understand the book a little better. Asking questions has made my close reading improve.
As people read literature, it can pose many benefits to them by offering help in their lives. One of these benefits is that it warns people about hubris and teaches them to happy with what they have in life. There are some classic writings, such as Harrison Bergeron, by Kurt Vonnegut, and Macbeth, by Shakespeare, which are prime examples of pieces of literature which have subliminal messages warning us to not be over ambitious. Additionally, there are contemporary writings, specifically an article about Trump, by Callum Borchers, which gives us examples of present day people who are being affected by their own ego. When people read others writing, whether it is contemporary or classic literature, they are taught about how it is human nature to always want more than they currently have and the dangers that can arise from not being humble, which helps shape their identity and can be used as a guide throughout life.
People often let books become an essential part of their lives. They let books ease their feelings when they feel upset, or maybe they want a self-help book, so they turn to books on how to live a happier lifestyle or how to live a healthier life. I often turn to books that make me feel like I am in a different country. I often wonder where did my love for books come from? Has reading really impacted my life?

At first when I saw the course outline contains Applied marketing communication course, I felt good because it is the field I like the most in marketing, though I still need to learn more, to increase knowledge. The word ‘applied” made me happier, because I pictured ourselves applying marketing communication effectively. At first we studied only theories and it was only a part of course. But now we study it a course (independently) and we are applying it. I have to go through books and learn more about it, in doing so, I came across this interesting book (to me), shown above.
By selecting their own choices in books for leisure reading, readers enjoy their schooling years more and also better academic results because of their increased knowledge. Therefore, in chain effect, leisure reading improves readers’ academic result because they have wider general knowledge. (Nippold, Duthie, & Larsen, 2005). With high self-confidence, readers generally can foster good relationship with other people, be independent and able to interact with society too (Rizopoulos & Wolpert, 2004). A true reader does not simply be able to read words.
Their functionality and portability are definitely the benefits that enhance students’ study performance. Students become eagerly involved with books and motivate them to explore more about different topics by using the multi-functional e-Textbooks. Some people think that it is not easy for every student to enjoy the functions of e-Textbooks since the cost of e-Textbooks is expensive. Will e-Textbooks eventually replace traditional print textbooks? Now, it is difficult to come to a conclusion.
It is used as a tool for language acquisition, communication, sharing information and ideas. Reading requires critical analysis, understanding and creativity.
