Our present day is greatly affected by Industrialization since there is an increase in trade and lots of advancements in technology, but also at the cost of the environment. The Industrial Revolution has changed many things from how we live our lives everyday, how we buy things, and even to the environment. The Industrialization Era also caused many people to have new view on certain subjects. Industrialization has made many changes to trade and because of these changes, trade is very different from how it used to be. Some aspects in the past were very similar to how we trade now like how we had to use currency to buy things and how there were stores to buy certain items and necessities. What changed is how things got to the store and where they are produced. In the past, people would have to use horses or canals to transport the goods, but now there are more convenient ways like transporting them with trucks and other advanced forms of transportation. A lot of the items that we buy that are not food are imported from other places in the world like China. They use giant cargo boats to transport everything to America and other countries.
