The cooperation from individual enterprise to national government has become increasingly prevalent with global economic integration. Almost every country in the world enjoys the benefit of international collaborations today. International cooperation is a form which can build a mutually beneficial interest community to meet developmental needs of each nation. This essay argues that international cooperation does not threaten national development. There will be two following points to prove this. Firstly, international cooperation plays a significant role in the foreign aid which is profitable for each. Secondly, international cooperation safeguards the common good of the public.

No country in the world can independently and completely protect its own national interests from the multiple threat via traditional border controls. So how vital it is. First of all, establishing perfect practical multilateral cooperation mechanism makes a great contribution to the public security and social stability. According to Wang (2016, p. 52), Russia and Several Central Asian nations captured 400 kilograms of drugs in a regional operation called the Silk Road between September and October 2012, which was aimed at combating illegal cross-border crimes and closing the contraband trade passage. Another demonstration is that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization held joint anti-terrorism military exercises among member countries in 2012. This indicates that only by paying attention to cooperative security, collective security and common security can nation solve the problem of terrorism, transnational organized crime and the new crime. At present, the global interdependence is deepening, and the security and stability of each country are more closely connected with the external environment. Increasingly prominent transnational crimes and terrorist attacks worldwide pose serious challenges to the social security of countries around the world. Furthermore, many sovereign states work together and make concerted efforts to bring more well-being to the public. Consequently, we may safely draw the conclusion that international cooperation is a support to national development, not a threat. Due to the existence of international cooperation, the development of some countries with insufficient material resources will not stagnate, and national trade contacts will be more frequent, meanwhile, transnational crime, emerging infectious diseases and other issues will be properly handled, which will not increase public
