An invention is a unique thing. It can be device, method, composition or process. Also it may be a useful thing that helps and develops our life, and makes it easier.

Innovation is a new idea. It is changing and creating more effective products and processes or using available products in a new way. Innovation is the solution for the problems that we face in our life. It is improving what we have to get the maximum beneficial results.

• Incremental innovation: This type of innovation concerns already existing products/services/organizations/systems whose performance has been significantly enhanced, modified or upgraded to make them better, more convenient, and fit for everyone

• Radical innovation: This type of innovation concerns products/services/organizations/systems that have not been yet introduced to the world. In other words, Its innovating an idea from scratch and building on it.
• Amazon: Amazon is a stable example of radical innovation. It introduced the biggest online bookstore platform where the online approach enabled it to offer more books that traditional book stores. This ultimately led to a number of the traditional book stores going out of business.
• Online education: While online classes sacrifice some of the rich discussions possible in a face-to-face classroom setting, they offer an opportunity for people who can’t spare the time to attend classes to educate themselves. With cheaper bandwidth and improvements in technology, they have the potential to displace classroom teaching in several contexts.
• Low-cost airlines: The idea behind this was to enable the customer to experience a cheap flight that competed with travelling by road in terms of features. For example: there are no fixed seatings, first class, meals on-board, or interline connections to other flights.
