Ethics is the term related to character. Values, morals, ethics deal with what is a desirable course of action in the given situation. Society's have moral's , individuals have values, people and business have ethics. Business Ethics is basically about protecting and enhancing the interests and rights of all stakeholders in the business corporation or company or business firm including owners, creditors, suppliers, consumers, employees, community and the government. Corporate Governance is part of business ethics, protecting and enhancing the rights of all the stakeholders in the business corporation or company.

It involves considering the impact of business decisions on various stakeholders, such as customers, employees, shareholders, and arguably most importantly broader society. In the book "The Big Short," Michael Lewis explores the 2008 financial crisis, where unethical practices in the financial industry led to a global economic meltdown.
Ethics in a professional setting is a set of principles, ideas and attitudes on what right and wrong. We use these ideas and attitudes to control the way a profession is practiced. These moral standards by which people make personal and business decisions are what a company is ultimately judged by. It defines a company’s reputation.
It is clear that businesses and their consumers have very different approaches in the way that they think. Although a manager’s main goal is often to focus on maximising profits, many consumers have a different perspective, and believe that a company’s main target should be to act ethically responsible. Some laws and regulations have been introduced in order to instigate businesses to comply with societies values, wants and opinions. Ethics are moral judgments about right or wrong. In a business setting, being ethical means, they act in ways with good values in the society’s mind. Ethical business behaviour applies key moral principles such as honesty, justice, equality, dignity, diversity and human rights. Telstra behaves ethically to their suppliers.
Better ethical behavior on the part of business influences ethical behavior on the part of consumers. Consumers are waiting businesses to follow the ethical experience before they grow different their own behavior. This finding is interesting that companies have little to gain by promoting them. Consumers willingness to pay is affected by unethical behavior of businesses, but ethical behavior has least impact on consumers. ETHICS DEFINATION: “The branch of axiology or knowledge that deals with the standards, moral values and acts of right or wrong is known as ethics.” BUSINESS ETHICS: “The branch of ethics which deals with the moral values of any business is known as business ethics.” • In business ethics, there is a sense of responsibility which lies between the suppliers and the customers. • In business ethics, we learn how to run an organization with the basic requirements and teachings of ethics. • To run an organization a person must know how to respect others and how to take care of emotions of others.
What is freedom? Is it an absolute right or is it something we can live without it? People born to be free. Throughout history freedom defined differently according to different cultures and different period of time. Freedom shows an alteration cultures to culture.
I have been calling on players for as long as I can remember. And like many; people want to get to know me, they just do not want embarrass themselves in front of their friends. My existence started with an idea for something great, something beautiful to look at, and something that people can be proud of. Freedom means the power or right to act, speak, or think without restraint, and the state of not being imprisoned or enslaved. Freedom is the correction to do what he/she wants, live life, and eat what he/she wants. How do we live free? We live free by not judging other people’s freedom rights. Everyone has their own rights.
In the business world ethics is a highly debatable and controversial topic. There is no standard measure to state if a particular perceived ethic is good or bad. This decision is highly subjective and each viewer has his or her own point of view over the topic. The usual definitions of business ethics reiterate that business actions are based on the degree of right and wrong (eg., Bartels, 1967; Barry, 1979; Beauchamp and Bowie, 1983). This leads to creating a uniform code of ethics which has to be followed by all companies in various sectors and marketing seemed to be in the forefront on creating a unified code.

So that, international business ethics take center stage as a major concern of the modern era.
