Alfred Adler's work focused on the significance of supporting sentiments of having a place and striving for superiority. He held equality, civil rights, mutual respect and the progression of democracy as the mainstay qualities. He was one of the primary experts to give family and group counselling and to utilize government funded training as an approach to address community well-being.
