1. Freud would explain the personality difference between Mike and Marty Scanlon using the psychoanalytic theory, a mapping the unconscious mind. Where he argued that most behavior is motivated or a result of the unconscious. This is the part of the personality which contains urges, drives, beliefs, feelings, memories, knowledge and instincts totally unaware of by the individual. Another explanation from Freud in terms of personality differences is that Mike had a fixation in the development of one of the five psychosexual stages namely the phallic stage which is the period beginning around age three where the pleasure of a child is focused on genitals and they unconsciously harbor sexual interest in their mother, sees their father as their rival and even wishes to kill him.
I am studying a Psychology degree and this field I have chosen really interests me because I have a passion for helping people. Generally, I am that type of person to put other's happiness and well-being before my own, because it makes me feel like I have a sense of purpose. Also, since I was a little girl I have always been so fascinated with the way people interact, behave, think and feel. I always asked 'why?' and I still do to this very day.
Coaching is closely related to counseling and the Center for Credentialing ind Education (CCE), is an affiliate of National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), now offers a coaching certification for counselors, for the reason that coaching is a growing field that provides an avenue for using skills and knowledge obtained in an accredited clinical mental health counseling setting. Nor will I be choosing Freud or Jung, whose achievements are overshadowed for me by a basic lack of kindness that seems particular to those that inhabit the academic world. I can however, very much relate to Alfred Adler’s life. His experience of ill health, being written off academically due to poor maths skills, the importance of social connectedness and his role of teacher and counsellor have a comforting familiarity to me. Our perceived deficiencies can heavily influence what we become in life . ‘It is the feelings of inferiority, inadequacy and insecurity that determines the goal of an individual's existence.’
(22 Tex. Admin. Code § 681.41(o), 2023, p. 89) Among the consolidated rules for licensed professional counselors, there is much ambiguity in the organization of rules and statutes, and the legal jargon that is hard to grasp compared to the American Counseling Association. For example, when it comes to the implications
Most leaders within our agency were either counselors at some point or they have Rehabilitation Counseling degrees. I believe in being knowledgeable in all aspects of our operations, especially in the broadest service provided by our agency, rehab counseling. This program is the first step in securing a future within the agency. While I love my current role, I look forward to continuing with the progress that I have made within the agency. I look to gain knowledge and first-hand experience of being a counselor so that I can apply what I learn to agency programs.

The movie Inside Out is about 11-year-old Riley who lives in Minnesota with her Mom and Dad. What makes this film so unique is that the story is ultimately about Riley’s emotions, Sadness, Anger, Anxiety, Disgust, and of course, Joy. The audience experiences Riley’s life through the lens of Joy, the protagonist. Joy’s primary goal was to keep Riley and most of her memories happy, but when the family moved from their home in Minnesota to California, Riley’s emotions started acting differently, specifically Sadness. For example, Sadness touched a memory, and subsequently became tainted with sadness, which greatly troubled Joy.

Philosophy has long been considered the most difficult degree to earn in the United States. Thousands of people per year attend college with the intention of obtaining a degree in philosophy, however hundreds change their major because of the high stress associated with the degree. Millions of books have been published on the subject yet few fail to give a true indepth analysis of its true hardships. This can be attributed to thousands of “psychology authors” never taking a class on psychology in their lives (quite often not even a Psychology I class in highschool). Including Ludwig Wittgenstein, author of The Blue and Brown Books, who originally went to college to study engineering, however he eventually became one of the leading psychological
He is known to be responsible for the origination of Modern Psychological School Of Thought known as “Individual Psychology”, which emphasized on veracity of Human Personality. .Alfred Adler’s individual psychology, focused more on environmental and societal factors to explain behavior (Frankl, 1997) In regard with physical disability, it focuses on Superiority, Inferiority, Compensation and lifestyle. “Striving for superiority” is fundamental of every individual’s life. Contributions to Psychology Sigmund Freud was the first who use the term psychoanalysis in 1896. From that point his theories blossomed. Freud attained this through his theory of psychological reality, id, ego, and superego.
Alfred Adler was born in Vienna on February 7, 1870. He studied Medicine at the University of Vienna and he graduated in 1895. In 1898, he began to practice as an ophthalmologist, although he soon replaced this specialty with general medicine, then with neurology, and finally, he opted for psychiatry (in fact, he is considered the first child psychiatrist). At first, he was attending the Psychological Society on Wednesday at Sigmund Froid 's house, but soon he turned away from the ideas of the famous psychologist (Adler didn 't think that mental problems always had their origin in sexual trauma, as Freud did). He founded Individual psychology and wrote books about it and about his theory of personality (topics that I am going to talk about
