This plan will seek to be an integral part of the organization’s culture and will act as a referral point to crisis management at Bamburi Cement Company for the organizations internal and external stakeholders. The plan will identify and elaborate procedures for the coordination of internal and external communication focused on managing a crisis. This document will establish potential threats and conclude on communication channels that will intend to resolve the problem.

The plan will have distinct tactics for each crisis situation that is predicted to occur.
3. We will concentrate on revising assessing the crisis communication plan after four financial years and after each crisis eventuality.

iii. Purpose of the Plan
To demonstrate the company’s initiative on discovering and sharing policies towards a committed approach in the eventuality of a crisis. The plan will mitigate crisis situations and will establish a foundation to crisis evaluation and will based this on regularized evaluation of the stated procedures and processes. iv. Objectives
• To communicate immediate responses and evaluation plans to internal staff members as quickly as possible.
• To ensure the safety of staff and the continued operation of essential services beyond a crisis.

SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS:
After an audit report ordered by the President in early 2017 due to the collapse of many structures Nairobi in 2016. This contributed to a societal anxiety focused on industry reforms as a result of the critical situations such as deaths and injuries among civilians. The main issues identified were poor quality as the principle causes. This has contributed to an intentional effort by management to secure a crisis communication strategy that addressed different key stakeholders in accessing the eventuality of a threat to the reputation of the business.
Factors to consider in the crisis communication plan affecting both internal and external stakeholders was corruption. Its enforcement contributes to the engagement with the diffused publics where enforcement of the law causes potential threats to the brands reputation.
