Being an Extroverted, Sensing, Feeling, and intuition means many things, most of which describe me well. Since I am an Extroverted, Sensing, Feeling, and intuition, I am a conscientious helper, and sensitive to other people 's needs. I also value loyalty and tradition and make my family and friends a top priority. I should value others feeling and always think about others first. Some more traits I have are that I am the good thinker, I always try to be logical and punctual, I am energized by social activities, and need others approval before I make decisions.
Through the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator assessment I learned the four main personalities that I possess are: Extraversion, which allows me to get my energy from being around people, Intuition, keeps me focused on the future and the big possibilities it has for me, Feeling which helps me to connect with others and my morals/values I have, and Perceiving, this allows me to keep my views open about anything and keeping a flexible schedule for new approaches in life. Lewin’s formula of B = ƒ(PE), where the B term represents behaviour, ƒ function, P the person’s personality and E environment, shall be taken as the starting point of this essay. He asserted that human behaviour is a function of the person’s personality and the environment (Lewin, 1935, p. 79). Yet, despite his formula which proposes that human behaviour is jointly affected by both the person and the environment, Ross and Nisbett (1991) believe that Lewin’s ideas were primarily about the situation having a great effect on behaviour (p. 9).
