Tom Brady & Patriots organization began in the AFL in 1960.But soon ten years after the company known as the NFL merged with the AFL. This is where the historic franchise of the Patriots became famous. Soon after in 1997 the Patriots Encountered their first Super Bowl against the Green Bay Packers. The Packers clearly destroyed them since they where stacked.

Then he came. With pick 199 of round six of the 2000 NFL draft the New England Patriots selected Tom Brady. There were six other Quarterbacks taken before the G.O.A.T. But in 2004 the patriots went off. In the 2003-2004 season the patriots went 14-2 having their best season in franchise history. While the Patriots went 14-2 they won the Super Bowl winning their second Super Bowl in three years.

The patriots continued their dynasty in 2004 going 14-2 for two seasons in a row. The pats again blew threw their competition away making it back to the super bowl for the second consecutive year. This time the patriots played the Philadelphia Eagles. This Super Bowl has a very special background. The patriots did beat the eagles 24-21 but the controversy around this Super Bowl was the spy gate. The spy gate was a scandal accusing the New England patriots on spying on the eagles practices. People got carried away with this. People started accusing the patriots of cheating on everything including the tuck rule.

The patriots then went on a drought for 3 years. The next Super bowl they would go to would be in the 2007-2008 season when the patriots went a perfect 16-0 in the regular season but sadly lost to the giants of a miracle catch. In the 2008-2009 preseason tom Brady suffered a horrible injury to his back and he was out the entire season.
