Can you judge a book by its cover ? Stereotype is a belief or idea of what a particular type of person or things like. Stereotype are often unfair or untrue. Any time you grouping races or individuals together and make a judgment about them without knowing them, this is an example of stereotypes. Racial remarks, sexual remarks, and gender remarks are biggest stereotypes. I hear that all black outside of the United State are poor. I don’t think that all black people are poor. May be some of them are so poor that they don’t have enough food to eat and they are died by starvation. Some of them are from middle class. They have enough food and live happily but they can’t afford expensive things. And some of them are so rich that they can buy anything that they want, they can eat anything they want. And it is depended on area or country where they live and what is the situation of that area and country if it is developed or undeveloped. We can see that Iraq is attacked by ISIS and they are all muslims. In the attack of 9/11 the terrorist are muslims so people think that all muslims are terrorist. But that’s not true. All muslims are not terrorist. There are so many muslims living in the United State and in many other countries and they are not criminals or terrorist, they are not harmful but actually they are helpful peace loving, they work hard, they are honest. Just like other religion muslim is also a simple and peace loving religion. All religions have their own religion book like Bible, Quran, Gita etc and they all teach us good moral values.
