Family Welfare
The concept of well-being according to Nasikun (1993) can be defined as the equivalent meaning of the concept of human dignity that can be seen from the four indicators are: (1) security, (2) welfare, (3) freedom, and (4) identity. Statistic Center Agency (2000) explains there are several indicators that can be used as a measure, among others that in order to see the level of household welfare of a region. There are the level of family income, the composition of household expenditure by comparing the expenditures for food and non-food, ingkat family education, the level of family health, and housing conditions and facilities owned by the household.

According to the Health Ministry (2006), aspects of child development that needs to be monitored among others are :

4. Socialization and independence are aspects related to the child 's ability to self (self-feeding, put toys away when you 're done playing), separation from mother / nanny, socialize and interact with their environment and so
