DECISION: Our team has agreed on the 3rd decision which is to break down the production jobs into several job categories and do a job analysis for each category. JUSTIFICATION: Our current problem is that the employee's’ refusal to take on some duties is likely to result into a lower production rate, then a lower profit, lower wages, and, at the end, a higher turnover rate. To avoid/minimize these negative consequences, at our current financial state, we need a set of readily applicable job procedures and rules for a reasonable price. We do not need, nor we can afford, perfect job descriptions, but what we need and what the 3rd option will result in is a coherent set of rules that employees in one category could easily refer to. Briefly,
I explained the purpose of the interview and explained that she was not the subject of the interview. Schemer explained that on Friday, December 11, 2015 at approximately 0610 hours, she was in the mail room along with PSS Perry when Hale came in and immediately made a statement about the more people he killed today, the better it would feel. There was no discussion or conversation prior to Hale’s violent statements, he literally walked in and announced he wanted to kill people that day. While Schemer understands current policy forbids clandestine recording of co-workers, she felt it necessary to record his statements due to their violent nature, therefore she hit the record button on her iPhone. Schemer went on to describe Hale’s continued
Mary Ann and Jack Gaffney told me to update them also, Jane Volk told me with giving me a letter and business card that employees couldn't harass or retaliate against me Ron Hartman echoed the same. I started referring to sections in the contract or University Policies when Mary Ann started quoting or emailed them to me with little support from the union or university. I couldn’t believe Pitt or the Union would let this go on Franicola, Supervisor and Donna Myers, Maintenance told several employees the University and union were making deals together Also; this wasn’t a real Union is that why they weren’t acknowledging my email? The Union or University wouldn’t take responsibility for Franicola coercing employees against each other and the favoritism. Yes,

Thorndike's law of effect states that a response followed by pleasurable consequences are more likely repeated. And oppositely, a negative consequence would result in the person less likely to repeat the action. With this in mind, we can optimize the factories payment plan resulting in better and more efficient productivity. I will be discussing three payment options, two new plans, and the current factory plan. Within these plans I will be discussing why the two new plans are more optimal for factory productivity, and how the current plan can be improved.

Do you think it is a waste to get a degree then not even use it in your job? I don’t think it’s a waste because Miss Gloria is doing something she loves. Louis Porter writes “They were so polite and respectful to her that Michael was wondering how a simple cook could gain so much respect” (Pg. 256). This show s miss Gloria likes her job due to her coworkers respecting her.

Short staffing is one of the many challenges nurses encounter in the work environment. The impacts can be detrimental primarily to the patient’s outcome. To examine the effects of short staffing, research was conducted on 36,539 hospital inpatients to evaluate the amount of those exposed to an understaffed shift and how many patient outcomes resulted in a NSO (Twigg, Gelder, & Myers, 2015). NSO’s are nurse sensitive outcomes based on the nursing care provided to the patient. Patients exposed to short staffing had an increase of greater than one chance of NSO’s compared to patients not exposed (Twigg et al., 2015).
