After World War One a lot of things changed. But one thing that changed a lot was the leaders and how they gained power from it.The leaders I am talking about are Hitler, Lenin, and Stalin. These leaders changed the world drastically by starting something huge.Something that no one can forget
Hitler was one of the most known leaders around the WWI.He did a lot to change the world and one of the things he did was teach people things and get them to think differently about other people or races.I think the people he ruled loved him because he was demanding and smart. One thing that made a lot of people like him was him promising. He made promises about him making the disenchanted life better and a new and glorious Germany.I know this because in the text,”Hitler Comes To Power”, It states,”He promised the disenchanted a better life and a new and glorious Germany.” The reason he said that is because most of his followers started off poor because there were a lot of poor people in Germany. So him promising the people good lives made the people come in and make them feel that he can make a

He was the Founder and the leader of the Bolsheviks. He got the power by doing a couple of things actually. One of the things he did was give land to the poor, which made the poor really like him and feel for him I know this because in the article,”Lenin’s Rise To Power” states,”Land was given to poor.”He was known mostly by his slogan “peace, land, and bread.” You can tell that he was strong and smart about his choices and he felt for the people.I say he was for the people because he ended the war immediately. One thing he really enjoyed doing was taking over things. In the October Revolution, he took over the Soviet Union. The reason he got big is that he did a lot for the poor and the rich and kept the people happy, or well he
After the Treaty of Versailles was signed in 1919, World War One was over. The countries were trying to fix the problems that had led to WW1. The countries created a League of Nations to try to prevent other countries from fighting each other. Although different countries tried to reduce their militaries, mankind failed to address problems from World War One because they blamed the war on Germany, plus the league of nations was too weak to prevent international aggression.
Following the death of Vladimir Lenin in 1914, Joseph Stalin took up his position as leader of the Soviet Union. After rising to power, Stalin made drastic changes to Russia that was still torn from war at the time. With his power, Stalin aimed to bring Russia to the top of the world. In the end, while he pushed the Soviet Union’s economy to new heights, his methods were cruel and had negative impacts. After the war, Stalin was determined to turn Russia into a great industrial power.
World War I was caused due to the fact that so many countries around the globe got involved in the war when it was very unnecessary for them to do so. Countries who got involved in World War I, could’ve handled the situation differently, meaning in a more peaceful way. For example, the war between
World War One had many legacies after it ended. A legacy that the war left was power and authority in different countries effect after the war. The powers were the Nazis in Germany, the fascist in Italy, and the Bolsheviks in Russia. After the war many people were looking for hope, which made them join groups to make them feels apart of something.
World War 1 was an atrocious war that caused millions of deaths and hundreds of billions of dollars in reparations. World War 1 lasted from 1914 to 1919 and rudimentarily, was the fight between the Allied powers and the Central powers. The Allied powers consisted of France, Great Britain, Russia, and Belgium while the Central powers consisted of Germany, Austria-Hungary, and the Ottoman Empire. All countries had some participation and damage done throughout World War 1, and the countries who started the war may be obscure. However, there are some countries that can especially be picked out for their contribution and cause for the war.
During the Russian Revolution, Lenin was the first Marxist leader of Russia from 1917-1924. For him, democracy was a form of the State, and in turn, a form of oppression. He believed that democracy was a way to make the people of Russia compliant. He saw Parliament as mask for the government, and that officials would make it seem like they were doing good for the public but end up going behind closed doors to make official changes in their favor. This is something he wanted to change.
World War I, known as the war to end all wars at the time, had massive impacts on the U.S. Soldiers that were being sent off into the battlefield not knowing whether they would return home dead or alive. Soldiers fought, slept, and lived in trenches for the entirety of the war. Although, soldiers were not the only ones experiencing poor conditions during the war Citizens, and even countries, were affected by the war in various ways. Citizens in the U.S were stripped of their right of freedom of speech under the first amendment. WWI caused a large epidemic in the U.S regarding health safety.
World War 1 was a major turning point in history, it was when more than 32 countries went to war with each other. By the 1900 people were bound to know that there would be a war soon. With all of the industrialization and alliances occuring, people set to balance the powers of all the counties so that if a country would try something risky and take over, the other countries could easily stop them because of the central power. But this inevitably raised tensions between countries, which made it more possible for a war to occur. All the world needed was for a slight event to spark the roaring fire that was waitting.
Lenin continued to give Stalin power and the people could not do anything to stop it. After Lenin’s death in 1924, Stalin had complete control over the communist party. By the late 1920s, he was the dictator of the Soviet Union. Stalin kept finding way to get more power and the people were not able to do anything to fix
However, the question of whether he was a hero who toppled an oppressive tyranny, or a villain who replaced it with another remains a controversial one today. In 1917, Lenin helped overthrow the Russian tsar Nicholas II, and founded the Soviet Union. On October 1917, after the victory of the Russian Revolution, Lenin did not have a clear image on socialism, or how it meant to be built. He was, however, able to state the three principal characteristics of socialism, which were the public ownership of the means of production, an end to exploitation, and the dictatorship of the proletariat. He did not take action on these points, and did not devote much attention to socialism as he felt it was not yet an immediate issue.
World War I is often associated with trench Warfare and battles on the land, with very little thought given to the importance of naval warfare. Beginning with the Anglo-German Naval Race (1898-1912), Germany began building up their High Seas Fleet to challenge the Grand Fleet (“Anglo-German Naval Race”). Britain had been the World’s only international naval superpower for well over 100 years until Germany decided to challenge their dominance. Shortly after the start of World War I, the Anglo-French Naval Convention (1914) was signed, which greatly shaped Allied naval strategy. In 1914, Britain put a distant blockade on Germany, which allowed them to control exits from the North Sea and damaged both Germany’s economy and War effort (Roskill 4: 533).
They thought it was unfair to be responsible for the all stuff. The anger mood accumulated, many uprisings arose continuously. Adolf Hitler seized the opportunity to fix the demand of the public about emergence of a nation. He gained the public support by propaganda and refusing the terms mentioned in the Treaty of Versailles. He gave citizens a sense of confidence to rebuild their nation.
This means that he was the leader of the communist party. Stalin became so powerful that he could not be stopped. He controlled the soviet union by terror. If you disagreed with him, or you didn’t like what he was doing, he would kill you, have you killed, or put you in a labor camp. Joseph Stalin was the cause of many deaths in Russia, from actually killing people, or to all of the people who died from starvation.
World War I brought many changes to society and to foreign policy. For example, women were at work when men were out fighting the war. Germany did many things to make the USA to enter the war after being threaten by Germany. In World War I we were very isolated to other countries. I will be talking about these three topics today.
In some circumstances, Lenin made accusations, won wars greatly, and was treated as a threat in fear that he might start a World War III. Although he was treated like a great and dangerous person of higher power, Lenin had also gave improvement to life in Russia since his revolution in
