In the medical office setting I can help create a positive organizational climate. When it isn’t positive I have the tools to help change it. When forming work teams I can make sure I have the same goals and values. I can ensure the teams I’m forming have the same goals and values as well. I can look for the kinds of games people play and decide not to play them. Also, I know how to control my anger, and I can apply more self-management in the medical office.
