What is leadership? Leadership is defined as the power or ability to lead other people. What is a leader? A leader is a person whom other people follow in order to reach their desired goal. How have I been a leader to others? Sometimes I find it hard to take the leadership roles that I am offered. The thing is I’m afraid of failing, but then again who isn’t. Most people would not describe me as a leader, but I try lead in my own way. I’m not the loudest person in the room, and because of that I’m not always heard, but I do my best to lead by example. I saw the relief on the family’s face when I brought an extra blanket to a patient complaining of being cold. These looks on the faces of the families are what affected me the most during my volunteering, because I knew how the family felt. To me, leadership mean being responsible and someone who can manage time really well. A leader can walk their followers to the right path of success. Someone who is in control because of their personality of trustworthiness and always deliberative from the world which is unpredictable. I currently exhibit leadership while working on any project for my college or high school classes.
