The North Carolina State Board of Education outlines the professional standards to which teaches should uphold within, and even outside of, the classroom. An argument, once presented, should stand by itself, regardless of its presenter. To say that the profession of a writer affects the credibility of their argument is foolish. If a janitor presents the same argument, it needs to be refuted the same way. Demeaning a writer for their choice of profession would be, at best, an ad hominem fallacy.

I reached out to Morgan Packard, managing editor of New Orleans Magazine and editor of St. Charles Avenue, to talk about how she handled receiving gifts or hanging out together on a theoretical “no-strings attached” basis. The interview led to an interesting conversation that proved ethics defined by the Society of Professional Journalists can be quite flexible as long as the journalist closely toes the line. It also showed that here is really no set rules to ethics and that it honestly depends on how strong a person’s code of ethics is and what situation he or she is in.
When reading the IAMFC Code of Ethics and AAMFT Code of Ethics I found that they compare significantly, much more than they contrast. Many of the principals coincide. For example, the topic of multiple relationships is one of the many principles that parallel in many codes of ethics. The IAMFC Code of Ethics encourages family counselors to “avoid whenever possible multiple relationships, such as business, social, or sexual contacts with any current clients or family members” (Section A). Similarly, the AAMFT Code of Ethics also requires that therapists “make every effort to avoid conditions and multiple relationships with clients that could impair professional judgment or increase the risk of exploitation.
There are few ethical considerations in branding. When a branding strategy is unethical, it can leads to a negative brand image (Thompson, 2012). There are some ethical issues in marketing to children and for controversial products, even games. Children are often exposed to television commercials. In my paper, I will discuss ethics practices in a company, how to avoid unethical behavior, how to find unethical behavior, how to react to ethical misconduct in the business place and how an accounting professional should behave in a business organization. In 2002 that outline the ethical practices that must be met by the CEO or the CFO or officer that performs similar functions in the organization. Accounting is the system of recording and summarizing business and financial transactions and analyzing, verifying,
Introduction The key ethical issues that were presented in this case study were quality control, lack of customer care, responsiveness, and harming the customer. Buffett needs to focus more on ethical codes and compliance (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). The leaders of the business reveal their expectancy to their staff members, specifically when financial goals are involved or assignments that needs achieving (Anjum, 2017). However, business leaders don’t give a clear description of the standard of the organization concerning ethical behavior (Anjum, 2017). In the event, your organization or company does not have an ethical code of conduct, then it leaves room for assuming the staff members are knowledgeable on how to handle themselves in an ethical aspect (Anjum, 2017). The leaders don’t realize the importance of ethical behavior instead they are focused gaining profits (Anjum, 2017).
