Over, the summer, Gonzaga students engaged in a multitude of activities. Activities ranging from summer service trips, vacations, sports and work. For a few of Gonzaga’s very own basketball players, they went on a trip to Israel as apart of the Peace Players. PeacePlayers is an international organization that uses basketball as a means to unite and educate children around the world. PeacePlayers was founded in 2001 with the motto of “children who play together can learn to live together.” Their main goals include unifying and educating young people from different communities and backgrounds through basketball.
