Well I started Pre-K then I moved to Elmore city. Soon I was enrolled in school here my teacher was Mrs. Smit. Soon I made a friend, Brittany Holt. She became my best friend. I remember when our class took a trip to the train station I sat with he and her older sister. My best friend that I usually didn 't get to see was my cousin Anastasia. She live in the city but she would always come down for camping trips. We were inseparable when we were together. We lost touch around third grade. Then second grade came and I met new friends. I met Mikayla Jones and Emily Williams. Mikayla is obviously still my friend to this day. Emily like alot of my friends moved away. I remember one day on the bus mikayla decided to write a note to my mom and ask if
The balloons are out, the flowers are in bloom, I smell summer. I smell a summer like no other. Not because the groundhog came out early this year, or because I was one year older, but because I was a graduate, from Gilkey International middle school (finally). Sophie comes up to me yelling, super excited for the night ahead, graduation. As we rehearse our ceremony, in our high inched heels and dainty fake eyelashes Charlie runs up behind us screaming in our ear jumping us out of our own skin.
In the middle of the winter of the 5th grade school year at the Kaneland Mcdole Elementary School, I decided to cover for my best friend so he wouldn't get in trouble from my teacher. It was very cold while I waited at the bus stop every morning trying to amuse myself by sliding down the icy driveways. Ethan S., Sergio, and Grant were my best friends in 5th grade. Sergio was Mexican and a little shorter than me. He also sat next to me in desks of 5 or 4.
It was January 2017 and I was 14 years old. We were on Winter break and everything was good. My best friend and I hung out every single day. Her name was Emma. I had met her in the 4th grade because we were in the same class.
I also went to Sageville Elementary School for six years. I met my best friend Savannah in Kindergarten, and we have been friends ever since. We were in the same class all the way up to fourth grade. Then in fifth grade, we were in different classes. My favorite teacher in elementary school was my fourth grade teacher Mr. Haller.
As a young aspiring musician in middle school, I wanted to start a band desperately. Instead, I was known as Emerson Middle School 's’ music freak. I posted flyers in businesses around my hometown and online ads. I wanted to be like Amy Lee from Evanescence terribly, but my taste in music was different than most people. When my fellow classmates heard about my compositions and ideas, they thought it was a joke.
I took a deep breath and looked around. I had to go to the New gym because of an assembly that I had which was meant for meeting all the teachers. After that, a super loud bell rang, it almost made my ears fall. My mom and I went looking for my first period teacher who was Mrs. Mattier in room 49. When we found room 49 finally, I met all of my classmates which were mostly girls.
Just shortly after 2:30pm on a Thursday, Heather and I pulled into the parking lot at the new Middle School and caught up with the rest of our English Comp class. I am dumbfounded by how this new Middle School has turned out. I was thirsting for knowledge about the new building yet the only thing I really wanted to know was the comparison between the new and old school’s way of learning and schedules. The building itself reminded me of college campuses that I have visited where the architecture is very geometric and intricate. The building itself looks as though it has been untouched and unused even though school has been in session for about a month and a half now.
I’m sure most friends would say they are always there for each other, and they have each other’s back. They might talk about things they have in common. I can think of many friends both real and fictional who have stood the test of time. David and Jonathan in the Old Testament were examples of best friends. Also, the Bible states that Jesus is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
At lunch I sat next to Marco who i had met in a one of my classes. He told me more about how the school functions and such. Lunches here were different you could go anywhere you wanted and for the first day I hung out with Marco and then as the days progressed I didn't know who to hang out with. I spent most of my time in the library and did my
We didn 't pay any attention in school. Then again we where only 8 (Addison just turning 8) so it didn 't really matter. Something I remember clearly is when school was over that day we all gathered in the library, because Addison 's mom is a librarian and played hide n ' seek. It was time to leave.
The first day of middle school for me was both terrifying and exciting. I made a lot of new friends within the year. I remember the first day very well. I had woke up at 5;30 a.m. I was extremely tired.
I remember when I was going to start school. The school I went to was called Lincoln Elementary. It was just a short four streets down from my house. I was a little nervous and slightly scared to go. I didn’t want to have to leave home and be gone for so long.
Fifth grade was awesome. Naturally, we ruled the school- the top of the food chain… At recess, we didn’t play- we chilled. My best friend, Kalyssa, and I did everything together; homework, future planning -she was going to be a doctor, and I was going to Subway sandwich artist- sandwiches are delicious- clearly, it was a phase. Needless to say, we were inseparable.
I rememeber that there is one friend that i made and she lived next door to us. we would go to each other house and play. Now i really don't where she is and what she is doing but she was a good friend. I really did like living there and was jsut a some place
When I was growing up, I was in a small town. With about 1,000 people in total. I went to a small school that in total had about 300 kids in the Elementary, Junior high, and High school. In kindergarten-5th grade things went really good. I had a few really good friends, we 'd hang out all the time.
