As expressed in the Constitution, all United States citizens are entitled to the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These values have been endlessly challenged throughout history in an attempt to determine where freedom should end and where government regulation might begin.
The main difference with the Articles of Confederation to the constitution is having the lack of Central Leadership in which we had didn’t have no national court system or judicial branch and an executive branch to enforce any acts passed by Congress as well being able to have presidential figure to represent America without a representative to conduct foreign affairs especially with Britain at the time. America wasn’t able to deal with internal and external threats since Congress could not draft troops and were dependent on states to contribute forces. What is the Preamble? The Preamble is the beginning of the American Constitution which was written by Governor Morris. It describes the purpose of the government and highlights the difference between the Constitution and the Articles of Confederation. One of the phrases in the preamble is “ We the people of the United States of America”. In the past, this phrase only referred to the wealthy, white males, but now it includes all the citizens of the United States.
This is the first part, or intro to the Constitution. It is called the Preamble, meaning an introduction to a formal document that explains the document 's purpose. By starting the Preamble with the words “We the People,” the writers shows that the United States created this plan intending to govern themselves.
It states clearly obvious that the articles occasioned free and feeble confederation of the sovereign states and federal government separately. As aforementioned, the ethics in the Declaration caused people’s viewpoints to be more respectful towards themselves. For example, the Declaration of Independence begins discussing the unalienable rights of men; these unalienable rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The colonists are essentially stating that King Charles III is not abiding these rights, causing them to grow agitated.
In document E it states that the bill of rights for all of the 10 amendments for the all the U.S. citizens to have what they all need like freedom, to carry around their guns etc.
America has grown immensely since Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence in 1776. These five ideals are equality, rights, liberty, opportunity, and democracy. Equality means that all people, despite gender, race, or sexuality deserves to be treated equally. When Thomas Jefferson included equality in the Declaration of Independence, it was really abided by in 1776.

Most events leading up to writing The Constitution, have parts in it that fixes problems of specific events so that if another event similar to the one prior happens, the United States would already know one solution. Throughout U.S. history, there have been people and their cultures expand during and after the Puritans idea of Covenant, such as the Quakers, the Pilgrims, and the colonists.
