4.0 METHODOLOGY
4.1 Introduction
This chapter will explain the research methodology that has been used in the study. It is containing the description of a geographical area of the study and also the research design. It also will introduce the sampling besides the method for data collection. Last part will be discussing on how the data is being analyzed.
4.2 Research Design
For this study, the mode of research is quantitative research method with use structured questionnaire to the respondents. Quantitative research has become an acceptable in the form of research, especially social sciences. The primary data obtained from the results of a survey question conducted in the research area. The numbers of the population get from Department of Statistics Malaysia. Therefore, sample determined based on sample size determination table Krejcie and Morgan (1970) that if the population (N) = 67,964, the sample size (S) = 382. This research method is a quantitative collection of information from the sample size. Table 1 showed the sample size for a given population.

A pilot study will be conducted among the community at Putrajaya before proceeding to the exact research. The number of respondent for this pilot study is 10% of sampling size. So, the pilot study will involve 38 respondents will be pick up randomly to a pre-test of the questionnaire. By conducting this pilot will get feedback whether the questions in the questionnaire can be understood by the respondent. If there is a problem that occurs, the items for each question will be correcting. Reliability test will be conducted by using Cronbach Alpha which the real value of Cronbach Alpha is between 0.65 until 0.95. If the result is between the numbers, an actual study can be proceeding.
4.6 Data Collection
The survey question will be chosen as the data collection instrument. A set of the questionnaire will be distributed to the community in Putrajaya. The total number of respondents involve in this study are 382 and they are cluster sampling selected. Cluster sampling is a sampling technique used when natural but relatively homogeneous groupings are evident in a statistical population. In this technique, the total population is divided into these groups (or clusters) and a simple random sample of the groups is selected to distribute the questionnaires.
