According to Richard J. Bernstein, importumus or bullying is the leading cause of anguish in young millennials. There has been an explosion of research concerning bullying and it links to electronic bullying or the so-called "cyberbullying" that drastically became a significant problem in recent times. Various cases of suicide by teenagers who were bullied frequently by their peers has been reported to the national headlines. According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), suicide is the third leading cause of death among the youth.

A. Existential Depression
To begin with, the first remedy is to fully understand the phenomenon of depression. There are many reason behind the different types of depression that someone is dealing with. Depression arises when an individual confronts issues of life, death, freedom and most especially, finding the real meaning of their life. It is truly amazing how an individual reacts on a positive way on the uncertain situation that ruin their dignity because of a cybercrime. Many people who became victims of cyberbullying chose to live a life with the presence of our beloved God to forget the wounds inside their body brought by verbal abuse.
