Abhraham Lincoln is the president whom impacted America the most and was the strongest. The first president of our country was George Washington, and although he was an impeccable leader, not the best when set side to Abraham Lincoln. Few individuals might say Washington was the best because he had originated the Citizen President. "He showed his tremendous leadership skills on the field of battle," (Weston 4), and also served in the French and Indian war, however he still does not compare to Lincoln. One of the major problems in America during the time Abraham Lincoln was president, was the civil war.
For example, George Washington was the Leader of the Continental army (Mountvernon). He did this because he had served before and wanted change. Plus, George Washington did not have a lot of experience. He learned on the job by fighting and watching. As a result we developed a government that has lasted and is still being used.
There have been debates on which president was the strongest. The top three would be President Washington, Lincoln, and Jefferson. Jefferson is the best because. Jefferson made the declaration of Independance, contributed to the expansion of the country, and had a lot of other accomplishments. The first reason Thomas Jefferson is the strongest and best out of the three is he made the Declaration of Independance.
George Washington was the strongest president this country has ever seen. The effects of his leadership still affects the country to this day. George Washington set very high standards for all the future presidents to follow him.He was so humble that he limited himself to two terms in office, he also was able to lead this country to victory in the revolutionary war, and lastly he also was able to lead the country when it needed him most during its infancy, this is why he was the strongest president the country has ever seen. Don’t Be Shocked When Your History Book Mentions Me Alexander Hamilton was the most influential figure in early American history. The significance of the other Founding Fathers are important, of course, but Hamilton had the most lasting impact. Looking around at the America we live in today, what we see is the future that Hamilton envisioned and fought for. The policies he created and his personal beliefs shaped our world. His influence on the arena of politics includes composing the majority of the Federalist Papers, leading America’s first political party, establishing the first national bank of the United States and the first tax on internal goods, and publicizing his belief in abolitionism.
Being the longest-serving Chief Justice, dominating the court for 34 years, John Marshall was an enormous influence on the American court system in the 1800’s. He not only refined the powers of each branch of the government but also had a pivotal role in laying the foundation for constitutional law within our nation. John Marshall grew up home-schooled by his father in a rural area near Germantown, Virginia. In order to further his education, he spent a year at Campbell Academy with future President James Monroe as a classmate. As a young adult he was heavily influenced by George Washington who inspired him to serve the country during the Revolutionary War leading Marshall to fight with bravery and fortitude and eventually become a captain
Colin Powell was a very successful, hardworking person. His most famous achievements were being a four-star general as well as being nominated to be Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. This is his most famous quote: “What I really wanted was to do the best I could every single day. By doing my best, every day, day after day, year after year, I got to the top.” Colin Powell was a very great man who always worked hard to help and protect his country. Others may argue that Powell was not as great of a person as he sounds, or that he was just lucky, but it was his choice to work hard.
Abraham Lincoln stands as a figure that I admire and as one of my role models. After learning about the amazing way he led the country, he has gained much respect for me. Likewise, I have also learned about General Ulysses S. Grant, who also became president later on. He possesses great qualities such as critical thinking and acting as a leader. Correspondingly, with his skills and the help of the soldiers, they reunited America.. Lincoln and Grant act as just a few of the men that have accomplished great things in American history.
For the past two hundred years, Benjamin Franklin has been regarded as one of the most renowned Founding Fathers of the United States, and the true creator of the “American Dream.” Throughout his life, Franklin focused himself on characteristics that he knew would not only better himself but improve the budding nation. A few of the traits of Ben Franklin’s “American” are philanthropy, tolerance, and perseverance. Although they may seem wholesome, each trait can also have ulterior motives when a person is portraying them. When he begins his writings to his son, William, Franklin recounts the pivotal moments in his past that shaped him to be who he was meant to be, and even though he admits that he wishes he could change some slight details, he is mostly content with his choices.

My opinion on Andrew Jackson is that he was a brave man, great spokesmen, and he was intelligent. Jackson had a great military success along with a knowledgeable success in the law field and in time leading up to presidency. People know Jackson from leading his army and defeating the British, along with becoming a great and honorable leader. Jackson went to Military school when he was only a young 13 year old boy. His mother was a widow leaving him to do a lot of chores and responsibility to him.
Jackson was, and is still remembered as a brave man, although some others say he is a war veteran, as well as a war hero, or a hero in general, with the title of our 7th president of our very patriotic nation, the United States of America, which we have fought with Britain for Independence for, some decades before the time of his election, following the previous president John Quincy Adams, who has served before his presidency half a decade before, then after giving the title of Mr. President, which again, he was known as a hero because of his many good deeds he did during his presidency, one of which was dispatching of the National Bank of the United States, which farmers thought was a good deed of hid, because of their Southern beliefs, different
