Doug is someone that has thought for himself and always puts himself before others but yet he never tries to change that. Doug owns his own mustard shop and works at a bar and grill as a cook. He has his wife and his 4 children but one of them isn’t ever around but still its a mystery to why she isn’t ever there. You might be wondering who is this girl. Well that girl is me Abby and Doug is I guess what you would consider my dad. Now I didn’t know my dad until I was 6 years old. You probably are thinking “Wow what was holding you back for so long?” Now you see I wasn’t part of the problem. As a kindergartener you hear kids talking about their mom and dads but I only had my mom and there was nothing wrong with that. For years I had asked my mom about my dad and where he was at the time. It wasn’t until one day my dad had finally contacted my mom. Now remind you my siblings on my dads side have known him their whole life which was hard to accept. Now that we have gotten to know me let us get to know my so called father. My father is a man that loves to work all the time and he never makes time for his children. When I was younger my dad and I us to be together and so close. Back then we actually did fun things and had a close bond. Since I was 10 I started to see some changes about my father.
