Albert Sidney Johnston was born in 1803 in Washington, Kentucky. After serving in the Army, he became commander of the Confederate army. He fought in many wars including Utah war, Black Hawk War, Texas revolution, and Shiloh. Later on, he fought in the war named Shiloh. This was a terrible part in his life. He was shot in the leg while fighting for the Confederacy. Johnston didn’t think much of the shot until he started to bleed out. This caused the passing of General Johnston.
