Another article by this anonymous author is about a fatal shooting of an african american in Liberia. The author shows that this fatal shooting sparked a political firestorm because these four police officers used such violence to a unarmed african american immigrant. Diallo was an immigrant and he had big dreams but that all ended in 1999 when he was coming home and an unmarked police car pulls up and four officers come out in plain clothes and ask him who he is. When he reaches in his pocket for his wallet one of them yell gun and they all open fire on him hitting him 19 times and killing him instantly.
