Dispar and the negative attitude of others pushed Equality to become determined to transform his life. He is extremely motivated to establish a world where information isn’t limited and people are able to live as they please. Equality has finally uncovered his purpose and is not only willing to defend, but also promote it. Equality’s mindset generated a reaction from the nurture he received, resulting in him to discover his identity. A monumental point in one 's life is when they remove the toxic and unveil their true self.
No matter what, he would let anyone listen to him and march with him; he also proved that he was willing to put his life on the line for what he believed in. Another way that Martin Luther King Jr showed his kindness was by helping lead people towards their goals. His goal was apparent when “he had been in Memphis to help lead sanitation workers in protest against low wages and intolerable conditions” (Griffin). When he heard this news he leapt into
Our leaders have to be encouraging and inspiring to the people. People like Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass are what our leaders should strive to be today. These people always put others before themselves. That is what a great leader should act
We will then review how he was an ethical leader by using the concept of free thinking and not falling in to the ethical trap of drive for success. We will also look at how these lessons can be applied to my leadership style. First we will review how he used openness to build trust and respect when he first took over as the coach for Green Bay. Visionary Leader Vince Lombardi had a vision of Green Bay becoming a winning team and by displaying the characteristic of openness from the change management lesson, he started to see that vision come to life. Openness is establishing a communication style that creates an environment of trust and respect (BCEE, 2017a).
Their unwavering loyalty kept their movement alive. The real force behind the nonviolence was these people because they were the ones who truly had the power. The nonviolence worked because they believed in their country and they believed in themselves and their
King’s words are confident and purposeful. He was very aware of the demographic who attended his speech, and for this reason, he is mindful of his wording to avoid hurting his integrity with this audience. Using pathos and logos, Dr. King was able to inspire his followers to fight for change. He pointed out how flawed America was because it did not follow the principles it was founded upon and he used pathos to emotionally inspire people to take action for the sake of their family and future. His speech was so moving that it pushed the government to finally take action on civil rights and, because of its impact, would later be the reason he was awarded a Nobel Peace
Monroe found it gratifying to be elected President in such a time of peace and unity among the people; a state that he intended to promote throughout his time in office. He encouraged the people to continue on their path, which would hopefully lead to more success as a nation. President Monroe then ended his speech by thanking his predecessors for their examples and asking God to continue providing His protection over the country. I think that President Monroe did a very good job with his address, because it captured the feeling of national pride that was thriving at that time. He built up the people and gained their trust by promising to do his all to keep the peace during his Presidency.
Integrity deals with the most important quality of a leader; it is understood to show honesty, strength of courage and strong character (Hill & Mcgraw, 2012). His integrity was so great that he inspired the Black America to stand up for their right and be heard.

Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi were both strong leaders. They stood up for the rights they believed in and didn 't back down. Gandhi 's close read showed how powerful and great he was. Nelson Mandela 's close read showed how he want to stop the hate on different colored people. Both of these leader sacrificed stuff in order to fight for the rights they believed in.The Nelson Mandela text was more persuasive because the text had more information in the text about what he did right, and what he sacrificed.
Asean believed that he could speak for what he believed in. Johnson also accomplished his goal by listening to what others said. His father had told him to stand up for what he believed in and he did. Another way Johnson had accomplished his goal was to follow through for what he wanted to do. So Asean listened to all the people that inspired him and believed in himself and that was how he accomplished his goal.

Being a leader requires skills in the department of teamwork. A person should communicate with their peers on the task-at-hand.
