The American dream is a crucial aspect of America 's history and is displayed through the form of wealth, fame, and business. This topic has been alive through the past, present and will be through the future.

Because of all the politics, music, and culture(Sanchez,Claudio). The American dream is an implicit contract because some people say if you follow the rules you will move up in life and if not you will go down(Sanchez,Claudio). One thing that is unique about the United States is that most of the people have faith which brings them along way(Sanchez,Claudio). George Strait was born on May 18, 1952, in Poteet, Texas( Editors). He grew up on a family-owned farm in Pearsall, Texas( Editors). He studied agriculture at Southwest Texas State University( Editors). Strait fell in love with his high school sweetheart, Norma, before joining the army( Editors). While he was in Hawaii, he started singing in the Army sponsored band called Rambling Country( Editors). Later when he returned back to Texas, he put together his own little band, called Ace in the Hole, where he gained an impressive local following( Editors).Featuring the hit single "Unwound," his first album, Strait Country (1981), was influential in increasing the radio play of more traditional, less pop-influenced country music( Editors).
