1) Distractions Case The common distractions that cause car accidents are talking to passengers, texting or calling with a mobile phone, changing radio stations, eating, setting GPS, applying cosmetics while driving and others. Distracted driving can increase the chance of a motor vehicle crash because the driver will taking their eyes off the road, taking their hands off the wheel and taking their mind off of driving. There are an example occur on 8 November 2009. A girl name Alice Chong, she was driving home from work and approaching a toll plaza when her phone rang. Autonomous driving is a self-driving technology which is capable of sensing its environment and navigating without human input. It is the same as auto pilot but auto pilot is used for aircraft and this technology will be use for land vehicles soon. Khairil Anwar Abu Kassim is one of the researcher of Miros, he said research by Miros on road safety has shown that the technology will reduce the number of road accidents in Malaysia. Autonomous driving technology already exists in countries like Sweden and Germany and they done a research of the technology has proved it will reduce the number of accidents. But there are some driver they do not care about the summons. It is because some of them feel the summons in not so expensive and they are affordable. Beside that, they are many people think that, goverment will offer them to pay the summons at the specific time. So, they also don’t care about the summons. Therefore, i think goverment should not have any offer to pay back the summons. The goverment can increase the price of summons. For example over speed is RM300 increase to RM500. Goverment also can set a rule of the summons must be pay within 3 months. If the summons do not pay within 3 months, the people can not renew the road tax.
