Smilin Dogs is a dog day care center that is located in San Carlos, California. This dog day care company was established in 2000 providing hiking services. In 2009, Smilin Dogs expanded into a daycare and boarding facility. Their services include hiking, daycare, boarding club, training, and bathing. Smilin Dogs has gained a positive R+ rating on their training and dog management skills.
On 05/06/17, at 11:43am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 523 S Wayne Ave on a dog on dog or cat attack, no known owner. I arrived at the location and was met by Columbus Division of Police (CPD) and complainant Raquel Fuentes. I asked what happened; Ms. Fuentes stated that she was taken part in a community event by assisting with neighborhood clean-up with her dog (small white terrier) when a brown/white Pit Bull came out of nowhere and proceeded to attack her dog. With the assistance of passerby they were able to get the brown/white Pit Bull away from Ms. Fuentes dog.
On 11/26/17, at approximately10:47am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) was dispatched to 3269 E. 12th on on a dog at large, patrol only. I arrived on scene at approximately11:25am, I was flagged down by a unknown African American male who pointed out the location of a pit bull (black) loose behind the above stated address. I took a picture of the pit bull loose. I exited my vehicle and approached the pit bull. I was able to place a leash on the pit bull without any issues.
Boxers need care for but not a lot as much as any other breed (“Boxers”). They will need to be brushed once every week, and they need really good nutrition. This means that they will need a minimum of grooming, but they need a lot of nutrition (“Boxer dogs”). I love Boxers; however they are not the breed of dog that I want to have. Boxers are cute dogs to have, but they are full of energy, they never stop barking when there is a slight noise, and they always like to jump on every person that will walk through the door.
I will always remember my dog, Tootsie, fondly. The first night that we had her, she woke me up in the middle of the night. I should have been upset, but as I sat and held her, I knew that she would be an important part of my life. She was always there when I was growing up, happy to see me and ready to play with her stuffed baseball. She was there at family events like Christmas and Thanksgiving, brightening up people’s holidays.
The American Pit Bull Terrier is a type of dog. In my opinion, the best type of dog. They have a muscular build, which is normally what attracts people to them. Determination is their most seen trait. Everything they do, they do with pride and nothing less.
Pit bulls; how dangerous are they really? I’m sure we’ve all heard about the bad reputation that pit bulls have. Maybe we haven´t all had a good experience with pit bulls. Sometimes there are stories on the news about attacks on people done by a pit bull, but not all dogs are bad. How dangerous are pit bulls really?

Boxer is a much different worker than the other animals on the farm because he motivates the other animals to keep going and not run off. He is determined and loyal when it comes to comrade Napoleon and the work on the farm.
From a movie it was stated “Good dragons under control of bad people do bad things” (Time). That is the same thing for pit bulls they just need to be trained the right way. Being trained properly is what causes them to be so great with children (Melanie). People say that “pain and fear” are the two main causes of pit bulls attacking and biting (Time). Some have heard of pit bulls that are “as gentle as lambs” and that just shows how easy they would be to work with.
A puppy mill is “an establishment that breeds puppies for sale, typically on an intensive basis and in conditions regarded as inhumane.” There are thousands of puppy mills in the United States, some of which are not recorded. Therefore, the ASPCA has concluded that there could be over 10,000 puppy mills in the United States. There are many issues regarding puppy mills, from the way they treat the animals and the upkeep of their environment. Many of the puppy mills are not regulated and not licensed to own a puppy mill.

Even though many people believe emotional support dogs are considered service dogs and should have the same rights as the others, owners of service dogs are treated unfairly because of the increase in numbers of fake service dogs. This affects the ability for one to use a service dog to its full potential. People cannot be asked to leave a public place if the business thinks it is a fake dog because some service dogs are simply under-trained. The population of those using fake service dogs or emotional support animals are ruining the ability for the disabled to use them without being questioned.
Rehabilitation has become the best treatment for many of these once trained aggressive dogs. The ASPCA has been working extremely hard examining and treating rescued pit bulls. Many of these animals come from a long life of neglect and fighting. Most are believed to have been abused since 10 weeks old. This organization has came across many fighting raids and never once experienced a dog aggressive towards humans but mostly towards other animals.
Dog Training for Dog Wellness Dogs are one of the most common pets and companions mankind has. They’re popular both in sporting competitions such as agility and hunting, and in obedience training competitions like Schutzhund/IPO. Dogs are able to perform challenging jobs like search and rescue and are a vital aide in many police and military protection. With their ability to be put in so many different jobs it’s crucial the handler understands what his dog needs in order to fully reach their potential.
They will naturally be protective of their beloved owners, but since they are like people so much they do not make good guard dogs unless you want them to lick the intruder to death.
