Mr. George Ricks submitted a citizen complaint to the Pomona Police Department on December 15, 2016. In the complaint, he alleges that Officer Austin Dossey entered his apartment without a search warrant. Ricks alleges that Dossey recovered a firearm from inside his bedroom even though Ricks told Dossey that he could not search the apartment.
