INTRODUCTION

Modern employers are looking for candidates, who have an entrepreneurial spirit, are resourceful and adaptable, and who beyond their degree possess a range of skills, known as employability skills, which can be used in a variety of environments, like in their career. Therefore, the modern employee should seek to develop skills which will aid in the future course of his career. All people have some skills that they need in their working lives, in their studies, in school and at home. All these abilities and skills I have developed all my life from school, university and domestic interactions. "Employability and Transferable skills" play an important role in my future career. I believe I have leadership skills because I can take on responsibilities and lead others effectively in order to achieve the goals. I 'm good at solving problems. I can solve the conflicts, disagreements or misunderstandings while being just. I have self control as I can effectively manage different situations, both on professional and personal levels. I can manage my time without losing my deadlines. I am a woman with good organization as I always have been an agenda with me; as a result I am always on time. Also, I am a person with self discipline as well as I have the ability to do what is needed regardless of my emotional state. I do not get carried away by distractions without much gravity that can waste energy and time. Even when it comes to issues that have an influence of selfishness and personal ambition, I first see the common good and then myself. For example, I have worked as a team leader in a children 's camp, which required the coordination of many different children during the summers. I was in direct contact with children, I cared for their physical integrity and I was responsible to spend creatively and pleasantly their time in camp. It was a very good experience for

I am patient, hardworking and systematic in order to accomplish what I want. Moreover, I would love to learn and other foreign languages as well. By learning more languages, I will learn other cultures and other people who speak those languages. The new languages will be useful to me, as I want to travel to many places and later if given the opportunity to work abroad. I would say that my weaknesses are that I am quite nervous person and sometimes I become pessimistic, as a result of myself doubt. Also, I have no work experience.
