INTRODUCTION
Modern employers are looking for candidates, who have an entrepreneurial spirit, are resourceful and adaptable, and who beyond their degree possess a range of skills, known as employability skills, which can be used in a variety of environments, like in their career. I believe I have leadership skills because I can take on responsibilities and lead others effectively in order to achieve the goals. I 'm good at solving problems. I can solve the conflicts, disagreements or misunderstandings while being just. I have self control as I can effectively manage different situations, both on professional and personal levels. I can manage my time without losing my deadlines. I am a woman with good organization as I always have been an agenda with me; as a result I am always on time. Also, I am a person with self discipline as well as I have the ability to do what is needed regardless of my emotional state. I do not get carried away by distractions without much gravity that can waste energy and time. I always tell my teammates to make the best out of every situation and that they should never let the smallest inconvenience ruin their self-confidence. Ever since I was little, my mom stressed me to be a leader. By this she meant don’t be like everyone else and look up to a person, but be the one who everyone looks up to.
