1. Sugar consumption: Sugar has been named ‘white death’, since it tends to shortens life spans and is the most aging food of all. According to Dr. Perricone a spike in your insulin level is described as “a burst of inflammation throughout the body.” This inflammation that takes place produces enzymes that break down collagen and elastin, which leads to saggy skin and wrinkles. It is quite possible that the more sugar that you consume, the more likely you are to develop insulin resistance. Insulin resistance can cause excess hair growth and dark patches all throughout your body.
2. Processed meats: These contain various preservatives such as sulfite and nitrates that can trigger inflammation and speed up the appearance of aging. They have high levels of sodium in them, which can make you look puffy and shoot up your blood pressure. It …show more content…

Frozen meals: They might not be as bad for you if they contain all the healthy ingredients, but frozen meals to keep you from eating fresh. So say good bye to laziness and put that apron on and cook up a storm in your kitchen.
7. Avoid dairy: Eating dairy forces the body to become acidity. Studies have also shown that milk products cause acne and can lead to having age spots and scarring. Some people even claim that dairy products lead to aging of bones, skin and its elasticity.
8. Caffeine: The one thing that we can’t begin our day without is the main reason for our aging skin. Caffeine dehydrates you. It not only dries your skin out, but it also increases the production of cortisol in your body. If more than requires cortisol is produced, our bodies aging process accelerates and out skin begins to thinning. a healthier alternative to caffeine is to grab a cup of green tea instead.
9. Anything that is deep fried: We don’t only need to worry about deep fried foods because it piles on to our fats, but also because it can cause oil buildup in our body. This oil buildup causes various skin problems such as breakouts and oily
