I come from a military background which required me to do a lot of traveling as a child. I lived in Sicily, Italy for about four and a half years before moving back to the United States. Living in two different countries made me flexibility and tolerant which allows me to adapt and respect others cultures while maintaining my own. These qualities proved to be beneficial this previous summer while studying abroad Japan. I find these qualities essential especially for someone seeking to teach abroad, I feel any great teacher should first be a student themselves. Emerging while also regarding someone else’s views and culture is the first step into becoming a leader both in and outside of the classroom, by demonstrating these qualities I will be a great asset to my host community.
My academic advisor is Jessica Duhon. Nope, she wouldn’t be working with me until I graduate. It’s depends on case by case. Yes, I do know where her office is; it’s in JSAC 2227. I did meet her once for to add courses in first week. I plan to make an appointment with her again to find my major and about the courses soon. Her role is to help the students for the course registration, academic planning, and major interests/declaration.
I was introduced to the ItsJerryandHarry forums by my close friend Ashley about a year ago, I have been playing on the server almost every day since and enjoy my
When I enrolled in college, my student advisor went over my degree plan, and made recommendations on what courses I would need in the pursuit of my degree. Thinking to myself, that I had not been in a school environment since 1991, I had my fears and didn’t know how I would conform inside a classroom with younger students who was straight out of high school or no more than five years removed. The student advisor recommended that I begin my degree with WRTG 101, and that I take this course online. Online courses appeared to be the path to take, because you can learn at your own pace without holding other students up and looking dumb while doing it. Taking WRTG 101 in an online format proved not to be the best solution, because I have always been a face to face, teacher present type of learner, and I am not a computer savvy individual. I began WRTG 101 this semester with minimal writing skills, and after numerous writing assignments and exercises I believe that I am now on my way to
I have to announce everyone in the group that we will not be able to meet the June 1 commitment to ship 100 operating tables to Southeast Surgical Supplies. To be clear, we only have 30 tables on hand as a report of this morning. However, this is not our fault entirely. Six months ago, purchasing warned us about shrinking supplies and suggested we buy as much as we could in advance for the next 12 months. We tried to follow their advice, but we were never be able to buy supplies in advance due to company’s policy about never buying more than three months worth of materials in advance. Therefore, we were shot on supplies and it will be us, who will take all the responsibility for the decrease in company revenue. In addition, Southeast
Growing up, my parents taught me to find ways to give back and to leave places better than I found them. I believe speech pathology is an excellent way for me to achieve that. I have a cousin named Jesse that struggled with a speech impairment when we were little; what I took for granted with speech did not come easily to him. Every day, Jesse struggled to communicate with others and with his self-confidence. As he worked with a speech therapist, it not only improved his communication skills, but changed his life as he felt confident speaking with others.
Many of my teachers remarked me as “reassuring”, and a lot of my friends have told me that “It seems that you’re so chilled but you actually know what you’re doing”. Yes, I was born with a phlegmatic personality, but it was not until last year when I “failed” the AMC (luckily I was still qualified for the AIME) that I started to learn how to manage time and resource wisely and actually grew up.
I have already confirmed that we will revise the paper (JSS-D-16-00240). However, I would like to require more time (two weeks, at the most) to complete the revision because there is still a reasonable amount of work to proofread the paper. Please let me know if this is possible. If not, we keep on the same deadline and will do our best to handle the paper with all reviewers

The $15,000 will be used for research, prototyping and experimentation/implementation. I will use the money to buy materials and equipment (not already at west point) that may be needed to create and test prototypes here at West Point. In terms of implementation, I would use the money to develop different models and travel to either Africa or India to test my final prototype. I would go to rural villages during the summer to observe and quantify the air conditioning unit’s usability, durability and effectiveness in action. This will allow me to continue to make changes until the air conditioning unit is perfect.

First we need to understand and know the customers. At a basic level, we should know the important factors of the customers like their demographic location, gender, website browsing habits etc. But that’s not enough.
I visited my Foundations of Terrorism teacher Francis Boateng. Mr. Francis is from Ghana and he received his associates as well as bachelor’s degree in criminal justice there. He went on to get his masters and Ph.D at Washington State University where he was a teaching assistant for five years. He has been teaching for a total of seven years, five of which were at Washington State University and another two years as an assistant professor at Minnesota State. Mr. Boateng came to Ole Miss in order to advance his career. He enjoys teaching and views it as a give and take relationship between teacher and student where each benefits and learns from the other. He seems to have a great love for learning and is very enthusiastic about his job. He is
I am pursing a degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about education and excited to share the joy of learning with students. The perspective of wonder and sense of excitement that children bring into education motivates me daily. Teaching can leave a lasting impression in a child’s life and offers a special opportunity to shape the bright young minds of future generations. While many professions can be impactful, I believe the qualities of the person in the career position to be the most influential. The integrity I possess and genuine character I have reveals my authentic positive outlook on life. I aspire to be the voice that encourages students to obtain a life changing education that will aid them in their journey. I desire to be a teacher that takes time out of my day to have meaningful minutes in a student’s life and to represent the picture of a positive role- model. I hope to leave a lasting impact by creating a caring atmosphere that allows students to express themselves, discover knowledge, and obtain their fullest potential confidently!
. As semesters goes by, I gain knowledge and I experienced a lot of challenges that strengthen me and boost my confidence as an individual. That is the only attributes that I have when I enter the student teaching program.
