ROLE OF HEREDITY AND ENVIRONMENT IN SHAPING HUMAN BEHAVIOUR Human behavior is very important phenomenon, but it is also as complex as it is important. Behavior can be defined as responses which are observed directly or indirectly. Direct observation is possible by observed the responses of people to a work environment. Indirect observations are decision making processes and attitudes, in terms of results or how people describe them verbally. Human behavior is very much unpredictable. In behavior we cannot assume one set pattern of behavior. Every individual has different behavior and they act differently in different situations. Human behavior is responsible for good and bad happenings for success and failure for inventions and discoveries for development and progress and so on. Human behavior affects individuals, families, societies and nations. Each of us develops partly like all other individuals and partly like no other individuals. Most of the time our attention is directed to an individual’s uniqueness. But as humans we have all traveled some common paths. But on the other side there is a difference between the humans behavior. And the most two factors which is effected the human behavior is heredity and environment. A child must be provided with balanced diet on a regular basis to promote optima growth and development. Non fulfillment of nutritional needs may lead to several kinds of disorders that affect not only their physical development but mental, social and emotional developments as well. For example- A labor’s child his parents were always busy in work able to give him one time of meal only and at night when his father drunk and scold his mother its effect his physical as well as mental development. And that’s why he is physically weak and mentally disturbed
