Why one should be language proficient to get a foreign degree?
There is a great deal of things that language learning does to people. From reducing the communication gap to having better understanding between teachers and students, even in an alien country, incidences like these are the reasons why being language proficient is necessary to study abroad in Ireland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, and other foreign countries.
