After carefully reviewing NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct and Statement of Commitment I first analyzed its Conceptual framework, it sets forth the responsibilities as a childcare personnel & the professional responsibilities of childcare workers including childcare leaders as well the code of conduct framework of professional responsibilities. Furthermore it’s separated into four sections, however each section covers the following area as a professional relationships with any children that personnel come in contact with whether they attend the childcare center or contact during trips & or picking the children up from school, relationships with families in & out of the childcare center, professional relationship among colleagues, and relationships & interactions amongst the community and society. Each section also includes but not limited to an introduction with the primary responsibilities as an early childhood education practitioner & or personnel regardless of what position the childcare worker may hold in that context. In 1999, Child and Youth Care forum published a series of articles in a symposium on the professionalization of the early childhood care through developing a positive relationship between professional development and the status and salaries of the childcare staff. The need for improved child outcomes, quality programs, and teacher qualifications has continued to frame the discussion around professional status. The improved wages for childcare staff was still missing from major initiatives. We do this by following our 4 core values: Caring, Leadership, Inclusiveness, and Character Building, The first Key Club was established at Sacramento High School on May 7, 1925, and it was a all-boys community service club. It wasn 't until 1976 when they first started letting female students join. The 12 characteristics that she talks about are: passion, perserverence, willingness to take risks, pragmatism, patience, flexibility, respect, creativity, authenticity, love of learning, high energy, and sense of humor. Passion is very important when wanting to be an early childhood educator, possibly more so than anyother profession. While it is important to love what you are doing an any job, so that you want to keep doing and excelling at a job, it is very important with early childhood educating since you are working with young impressionable children, and helping to shape their learning path and outlook on life. If you don 't love working with the young children it will come across to everyone around and be very discouraging to the young children your are teaching.

The ten principles are based on a philosophy of respect. In addition to the ten principles, a caregiver should know the “Three-R’s” for interaction. As the expectations for children entering kindergarten rise, so should a child’s preparation for the concepts that they will be expected to know. More and more parents are making the decision to enroll their children into some type of preschool to help prepare them for kindergarten, and more and more of these students are succeeding in their early school years and even their later life.
