My theory on how Otzi died is ritual sacrifice. I think Otzi died by being being sacrificed because he had tattoos over his body. Those tattoos could have been to prepare him for the sacrifice. His sacrifice could have been for his community to appease their gods. Otzi also had some broken arrows with him which could have been for the his ritual ceremony. In societies back then, breaking items for ritual ceremonies was a well known tradition. Another Reason to support Otzi being sacrificed is that he had a
A mix between being power hungry and selfishness can lead to destruction and mass chaos. Both Macbeth and Orenthal James Simpson, nicknamed “The Juice” displayed these traits, which later lead them to face their consequences. Macbeth killed to gain power for himself, and so did O.J Simpson. Both men were dominated by their power hungry and selfishness, which lead to the death of Macbeth and Nicole Brown. Macbeth and O.J Simpson show similar qualities such as power hungry, selfishness, and both were well trusted prior to the murders. In fact Macbeth had earned the title “Thane of Cawdor” and O.J Simpson had earned the Heisman Award for the University of Southern California. Unfortunately both of their achievements would mean nothing later on in life.
In conclusion, it seems obvious that that there was foul play involved in the slaughter of Ötzi. The evidence also suggests that a fellow clansman was the killer. Further evidence was the copper axe, Ötzi’s symbol of status to be coveted, the similar arrowheads of Ötzi and his killer along with the skill of the archer, and the cave art depicting the dirty deed. Ötzi was clearly killed by a skilled assassin of malintent. Hopefully, someday we can conclusively find Ötzi’s killer and lay the case to
On Sunday, November 13, 1842 a double murder occurred at Smith Farm in Old Fields, Long Island. The victims, Alexander Smith and and Rebecca Smith, were a wealthy, well- respected married couple who ran Smith farm. George Weeks, the Smiths farmhand, was reporting for work the monday after the murder and heard the dog barking from the work-shed by the Smiths house. George Weeks then became suspicious since the dog was usually inside with Mr. Smith. George then looked in the house and saw that the east room window was broken and Mr. and Mrs. Smith were lying on the floor covered in blood. The authorities showed up not long after. The Bodies were discovered on the floor in the front room with head wounds from a blunt force and appear to have been burned in the fireplace. Alexander Smith had three wounds on his head all coming from a weapon that would cause blunt force trauma. The Suffolk County Coroner concluded that two wounds were to the right Auditory Meatus. One wound was along the lambdoidal suture and the hair was driven into the head, and the other was on the Parietal bone, an inch and a half in length. The blunt
“If it doesn’t fit, you have to acquit,” this quote said by one of OJ Simpson’s attorneys, Johnny Cochran, is widely known for its impact on the controversial case of OJ Simpson. From 1994-1995 OJ Simpson was known as one of the most controversial cases in the USA due to the verdict that OJ was innocent of the murders of his ex wife and one of her friends. On June 12, 1994 Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman met an untimely demise, and the only suspect the police ever reviewed was OJ Simpson. OJ was later caught in a low speed chase in a white Ford Bronco before being taken into custody and put on trial. In the sensationally controversial court case involving OJ Simpson as a suspect for murder, The innocent ruling

I present a case where Macbeth committed murder with his greed being his main motivator. This cold-blooded murder was not one done without a conscious. No, Macbeth was completely aware of what killing King Duncan could bring him: power. Although Macbeth’s actions were based off another’s plan, we will see that Macbeth killed with a conscious, making him solely guilty for the murder of King Duncan due to Macbeth’s prevalent characteristics of being power-hungry, deceitful, and greedy.
King Tut has died a mysterious death. There are three theories I believed that have caused King Tut’s death. One theory was murder, I think he might have been murder by Aye and Horemheb. Another theory was an illness. The third theory was a chariot crash. King Tut’s death has always been a mystery and there has been a lot of theories about it.
In this case, the victim was found south of where he was initially kidnapped from a few yards away from the road, hidden in the weeds. The pathologist found hemorrhaging on the top of the skull, which was assumed to be from being tossed around in the trunk of Joubert’s car. He also found a total of eleven stab wounds on Eberle’s body. Eight of the stab wounds penetrated the skin, but three of those were less deep. Nine of those eleven stab wounds happened before death. The victim had no shirt or pants on, and there was a slice on the back of his neck and the back of his left leg. There was also the rope used to tie him up, which could not be identified by trace analysts because they had never seen it before. He wiped his knife clean on Eberle’s shirt, and left the

First, let 's talk about some theories about what caused his death. One theory suggests that Otzi froze to death peacefully, but that theory was discarded because they found an arrowhead stuck in his left shoulder and he couldn 't have frozen peacefully. Another theory suggests that Otzi was killed by another shepherd for a bigger flock of sheep and he got shot with an arrow. This
In the book In a ROCKET MADE of Ice the children of Wat Opot community felt like outsiders because they have HIV/AIDS. They were being sold, stranded, unloved by their families, and being raped by people they love. They felt like people would not accept them because of their past. Most of the children were placed in a community shelter called Wat Opot; there they formed a bond with one another. They found family, and lived outside of fear or judgment. The author, Gail Gutradt, decides to volunteer at the Wat Opot Children’s Community in Cambodia. She didn’t know what trails the kids were facing but she went in and loved each and every child she came across. Gutradt shows readers how even if you are considered or feel like an outsider there is always hope and love in any situation.
As Booth began his bold escape, the fate of Abraham Lincoln was unknown. According to “Abraham,” Charles Leale heard the pistol fire and Mary’s scream, so the twenty-three year old doctor sprinted towards the wounded President . When Leale reached Lincoln, the young doctor saw the physical condition of the President. “He found the president slumped in his chair, paralyzed and struggling to breath” (History.com). “Assassination” states that the doctor reacted quickly by ripping the President’s shirt open for a physical examination, but Leale could not find the bullet wound. With that diagnosis, the focus shifted from saving the President to moving him out of Ford’s Theater (2009). “Abraham” states that Lincoln was transported to a home across the street and placed in a bed. Lincoln’s Vice President, Cabinet, and friends assembled in the house. When the Surgeon General arrived at the home, he said that Lincoln would not survive the night. Now, all of those who had come to see the President could only wait for his death. The moment of
