Yellow Stone is an amazing national park. It is located in wyoming, USA and is very exciting. I went to Yellow Stone last year and it was awesome. We went to the hot springs, gysers, and we even got to see a bear and buffalo. Although we didn't stay there for long we still saw a ton of natral beauty.
A sunny and warm morning, quiet in the school with what seems to be the ‘loudest class’ gone. Although quiet my energy was through the roof, I was eager to take down this roller coaster. This energy showed, people tried and half-awake yet I couldn’t contain myself. Throughout the entire ride there I hadn’t been calmed a bit- of course not until I finally saw what this rollercoaster had in store. Up and up until
There have been numerous amounts of important events throughout American history, from settlements to famous wars, many of them are worth traveling back in time and viewing in person for. If I were given an opportunity to time travel and witness one of these events in person, I would choose to visit the origins of the new world, in Jamestown, Virginia. It began on May 14, 1607, when roughly 100 men who had left England landed on a narrow peninsula in the James River, where they would live out their lives in Jamestown. The settlement had a variety of attractions which pulls me into wanting to time travel to see it, one including watching the settlements first leader, Captain John Smith in action. Another thing that catches my attention is the way that Jamestown was built and its location.
‘’Wow’’, I thought when I compared Six Flags Magic Mountain to Knotts Berry Farm, Visually the rides were way more extreme. As I was walking around with my mom, uncle, and brother me my mom and my brother had a hard time keeping up with my uncle because he was walking extremely fast, he clearly knew his way around. As the worker at Six Flags started buckling all of us up my teeth started grinding against each other. Although I could feel the excitement going down my spine. ‘’Ch ch ch ch’’ as we went up, until we came to a stop that my knees were quivering with fear when all of a sudden, I’m screaming my head off!
This roller coaster is a mix of new advanced technology and fun adventure. For example, you will experience thrills like never before.
Wow Roller-Coasters are so amazing! Just how they started out, how it works, how amusing they are in their own special way! Roller-Coasters are so thrilling, and exciting it is to ride all day long. Thousands of people ride them every day.
Introduction While trying to find a topic to research and write about, I attempted to comb my brain in search of my greatest passions. Ideas such as sports, trucks, and politics stood out as potentials, but I quickly discarded the collection in favor of my more hotly burning passion: duck hunting. Ducks dominate my thoughts and dreams in an overwhelming fashion. The pursuit of waterfowl has influenced my life in a myriad of ways, such as impacting my college choices, affecting how I spend my time, and dictating how I budget my money. Even my Christmas gifts revolved around the sport as I received numerous pieces of equipment designed to aid my endeavors chasing the aquatic game birds.
With all the difference in opinion me and my dad share when it comes to our beliefs, one thing he said to me have never left me. I remember when I was sixteen years old me and my dad had a discussion on the idea of race and how it affect the lives of minorities in this country and around the world. I am sure this is a conversation most black parents have with their children I least once a day in one form or another. But during our discussion he told me that I was going to have a hard time in life. Because I don’t conform to society norm, I view the world in a critical or analytical lens.
My palms were sweating. My heart was beating fast and furiously. This was it. My very first upside-down roller coaster ride at age nine in Hershey Park. The Sooper Dooper Looper was so intimidating.
Just when we got up close to the front my heart started beating a mile a minute. I was scared, I wanted to go back and not do this. Though I knew waiting 2 ½ hours couldn’t be for nothing so I rode the coaster. It was extremely fun and fast. I loved
The Dangers of Roller Coasters Are roller coasters dangerous? Yes!! Even though roller coasters can be fun they can be dangerous if the right precautions are not taken. For instance, James Thomas Hackemer an Iraq war veteran who lost both of his legs in combat went to Darien Lake Theme Park and was told that he could ride all the rides. The roller coaster that he went on held the rider in primarily with a lap bar.
My sister had gone on roller coasters before, so she perceived what to expect, as she had gone on Hades 360 about two or three times before we went on it. A short time later, after glancing, at the picture we left and my mother had inquired me to portray the experience of going on my first real roller coaster. I would be obligated to announce it was exciting, but frightening it definitely made my adrenaline start pumping, something I would do again, but not that ride again right away. I would need to build my way up to that point again, so we were bound to check out the rest of the roller coasters in order of smallest to largest or least to most terrifying it would go in the order of Pegasus, Zeus, Cyclops and lastly, Hades
When I was informed that I was finally large enough to ride Ghost Rider, I couldn't stop thinking about it. Everything seemed like a rush to me, and when it came time to go to the adventure park, Knott's Berry Farm, it was like I couldn't get the excited feeling out of me. I kept bouncing and squealing, and I tried my very best to stand in line silently and calmly, but I didn't succeed. Although it wasted two hours stay put for, it was the best time of my life on a roller coaster. Ready to climb on and see what happened on this twisted, turned ride?
We have to!”, as I pointed to the gigantic blue and grey water slide, my mother 's face scrunched up with disgust. For she doesn 't like roller coaster, nor huge water slides, exactly like the one that is right in front of us. She turned back around and told my brothers and me to put some pep in our step so we can get to the rides, as if she didn 't hear a word I just said. As my family moved along, I trudged behind because I knew we weren 't going to the enormous water slide. After we went through the park and rode the other little water rides, roller coasters, and of course the lazy river, we decided to call it a day and head home, but since we were on the other half of the park, to walk back we had to pass the huge, terrifying, grey and blue water
If you ever get scared or nervous when it comes to roller coasters, me too. The roller coasters height and turns triggers the excitement of many. When I rode my first roller coaster, at Disneyland, my father told me, before going on, that it may look high and scary, but if you keep your head back and hold on you will have a exciting experience. Later on, I learned that keeping your head back and holding on causes less back and neck pain. The impact on the neck when the roller coaster has stopped has caused injuries.
