If schools switch to a later start time students will have the chance to get more sleep. Studies have shown that getting more sleep will increase the participation and that could lead to better grades. There are other benefits of starting later including saving money and many other things. Schools should start school at a letter time because of the many benefits it will have like more focus, better emotional behavior, and overall better health. There is and has been a small debate over starting schools later.
Teachers and fellow students will also provide help for students with disabilities; in this way, students with learning disabilities will be motivated to study as they feel that they are a part of a group instead of being isolated in special places. Thus, they will achieve higher grades. Moreover, they will be greatly engaged in the society as they are building bridges with their peers from several backgrounds. On the long run, teachers, parents, and the society as a whole would develop. Students with learning disabilities should be included in the “normal” classroom because it improves their academic performance, social behavior, and communication language.

Also in high school, you need to be able to remember important details if you zone out on one part you could miss out on a key detail.

Each day of high school was more comfortable as I could face life with motivation. Getting through the activities of the day can be hard without motivation. That motivation was the reason that made me believe like I lived up my dreams. As an ambitious and young student, I thought that the teenage reflected my school life. I also found that if more of the youths set goals like high school students, they would be able to attain more success in their future life after school.
More sleep would benefit the student by making them feel more animated. If the student is more awake, it will be easier for them to stay focused on their school work. Students need to be able to focus in order to maintain the grade point averages they need to be accepted into college. If a student has a giant examination the following day, they sometimes stay up very late to get last minute studying in. If a student is up until two in the morning, and has to get up early for school, they may not be physically and mentally prepared for the day ahead, and may do poorly on the test.
