This statement is submitted for your consideration of my application for the purpose of admission in your esteemed university to pursue my post-graduation degree in the computer science program. A fascination for Science and a keen interest in the field of Technology inspired me to choose engineering at my graduation level. Experiencing an inspiring four-year graduation course in Electronics and Communication Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Silchar, I would like to put to use this reinforced interest to do my post-graduation in Computer Science. This Post-Graduation degree at your university would not only provide me with expertise on the subject matter, but thorough research-oriented study would also help me lay foundation in this dynamic world of Computer Technology.

I completed an advanced course on Core Java and Networking from a reputed training center that enhanced my technical capabilities. My predominant research interests in the field of computer science led me to opt for a research project based on Cache Coherence Protocols where I dealt with Multi2Sim – A Heterogeneous System Simulator. I have pursued another project on “study of coverage in wireless sensor networks” and am presently dealing with a research project on the “Intruder detection in Wireless Sensor Network (Dynamic)” under the supervision of Mr. Ashraf Hossain, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Silchar.
