Throughout the history and the present-day civilization of mankind, energy is essential to the quality of our lives. Energy is capable of producing a dynamic, vital effect. It appears in many forms and we come across the manifestation of it ubiquitously. While power is the rate of flow of energy and a power plant is basically a machine that produces and transports a flow of mechanical or electrical energy. (Morse, 1932, 1942, 1953) Diverse study rises to provide the utmost efficacious energy source in the world. The different study comprises its uses, benefits and significance that leads to its success. Throughout the years the world has been learning to live with variety of energy sources. These following sources for energy to make power are: fuels, flowing streams of water, ocean tides and waves, winds, solar rays, terrestrial heat, and atomic nuclei. Our world needs the abundant, high-quality and low-cost source of energy as an essential commodity of our industrial society, economic activities and living.
