PCELL: Let me give you a little bit of background on the project, and particularly why I am here at Tri-C. I don’t know how familiar you are with some changes in developmental and first year undergraduate mathematics. It used to be that everyone took courses that were kind of on a calculus track, even though they were never going to take calculous unless that fit unto their major. So, they took classes like college algebra, finite math and trig, just because we have been teaching them for decades.

Outcome Measurements Measuring outcomes is a vital element proceeding evidence-based intervention measures because it ensures that the intended purpose of the interventions has been met. To certain that a program is effective requires evaluation, which is supported by the strength and reliability of the proposed intervention. The goal of implementing the intervention: The Beat diabetes and new leaf for AA programs aimed at reducing the incidence rate of diabetes as indicators of positive outcomes that the preventive measures are effective (Ricci-Cabello, et. al., 2013). The principal evaluation measures for AA at risk for T2DM with the new leaf intervention program will be an improvement of hemoglobin (Hg) A.1c measure (below 6.5%),

Throughout the term in BPBE 272 there has been many important skills I have learned to help me pursue my goal in University. I have learned all key concepts of economics and also learned how to use them in my everyday life. This class has gave me tremendous help on how to look at the world in the way an economist does. You have taught us in a way that did not require us to just memorize the material but to actually take the time to learn about the information we are given. I will explain the main points I have learned in this class, what it means to have learned all of the information, How I have changed my perspective on economics, how I can apply my knowledge in the workforce and why this course was so important to me.
For assignment 6.1 I interviewed Angie Wagler, Coordinator of Technology and Technology Professional Development at Norton City Schools. Angie shared that Norton City School uses the Student Information System, Data Analysis for Student Learning (DASL). Staff members with access to DASL include teachers, psychologists, counselors, administrators, administrative assistants, and the EMIS coordinator, etc. However, the level of access is different depending on one’s position. For instance, administrators only have access to their building and teachers only have access to the students in their class. Typically, counselors utilize this information system for scheduling. Parents and students do not have access to DASL. However, Angie explained that much of the information in DASL is carried over to
This program would help keep children in the home with love ones where they felt secure, and structured a support system around their families. The support system became a team that would meet as often or as little as needed. Our team became my family’s life preserver. Our team had planning segments of the meetings, to help me to talk with doctors, support my son in a more positive way during crises, and be a more organized and confident parent. Another aspect of our meetings were focused on frontloading (mitigation), to ease or even sometimes alleviate some of my son’s stressors.
(Lanier et al., 2015) The stress for families that could not access transport or other important amenities that facilitated the completion of the therapy was reduced. The new skills and methods were taught in their homes an environment that they were well a familiar with and supported practical hand-on learning approach. Question
