Some people follow a largely vegetarian diet because they can’t afford to eat meat. Approximately six to eight million adults in the United States eat no meat, fish, or poultry. People say that nowadays, plant-based eating is recognized as not only nutritionally sufficient but also as a way to reduce the risk for many chronic illnesses. Becoming a vegetarian won’t necessarily be good for you. A diet of soda, cheese pizza, and candy is technically having a vegetarian diet. Coming from a study, vegetarians can appear to have a lower quality of life, but they can also be more physically active. Whether people like it or not, humans are omnivores and it shows in our teeth, our teeth are most for grinding up veggies and shredding up meat.
